I was on the Noordam last winter. Sauna is behind the ping pong tables in the hallway. If the fire door is closed they are not visible. I've added a picture link to the database with the Noordam Sauna. It's the same as on most of the ships.

I've listed the fields from the sauna database below. Feel free to print it or add it somewhere on your phone. Steam/Sauna database As a reminder to all, ANY change you make to the database is auto-saved. There is no temporary change while you are on it. That means if you highlight ships to compare them. It is permanent. If you change the formatting of the data in any way, it stays that way when you exit. The DB then needs to be cleaned up (not that hard to do) but still takes time.

I just loaded my information into Verifly for my upcoming August cruise. It took a total of two (2) minutes to complete with no fumbling on my part or the app. As simple as entering my reservation number and then verifying my information from the prior cruise was correct. Heck, it even reused my last photograph. Fumble free.

Somewhere buried in the depths of CC either on the HAL board or the Breakaway Lounge was a thread from a woman who (jokingly) wanted to bring her emotional support parrot who swore a lot on a cruise with her. It was a hoot.

Yeppers. Had to do that with my iphone6 after the update arrived. Navigator works fine since then. Loads a bit slower but I just yell at it until it fully loads.

Just requested shareholder OBC for our June 2024 cruise. 16 minutes from time submitted to time applied. I'm impressed! (and I'm not easily impressed.)

Let's face it. *WE* are the beta testers for Navigator. By all means we need to write (inundate) navigator support when we have issues with it. Be sure to let them know what phone/tablet/etc you have the issue with, the Navigator version you are using and obviously the problem. navigator.support@hollandamerica.com

I just happened to call HAL earlier this morning with the same question and was told 4 months, too.

Was on a recent HAL cruise and they ran out of lemons for tea in the Lido. They substituted limes.
