We have received this on a few cruises. I called my TA as I was leery that it was a promotion to sell something like a vacation membership. He said it was just a perk that is available on some cruises. We were invited to a info meeting reception and then a free tour. We did the tour. It was nice but after it reinforced our reason for not taking any tours. Stand and wait, sit and wait and ride on tour bus. It made a few stops and the process began again. Got a free buffet lunch that wasn’t necessary and rather poor quality We passed on the 2nd time we received it Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

You should have a account on celebrity, if not create one. You sign in . Hit your name and a drop down menu will list your cruises. If not put in your booking number. you should then be able to book anything you want or you could use the app Final payment is thru the TA. You should get a move up email from X. I think if I ever see people playing cards again during the hours in the Spa cafe and there are no tables available I will stand behind them and tell the other players what cards they have in their hand. I think they would eventually get the message and leave. 🤗 Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

I would use it by the outlet. I would then either swallow the water or spit it in the sink after my mouth got full. Depending if one is available I would use a bucket from a bucket of beer to let the water flow into or the waste container if it was empty. They did have those cards but they said for those that are eating. It didn’t say anything about not playing games while eating. Therefore they got bread sticks as if they were eating and had the look and attitude of daring to be challenged. The cards should say no game playing during open hours. Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

I just got done watching a movie that was on TCM. It is called Cocktail Hour. The star was on a ship that left NYNY. One scene showed her sitting in a deck chair. The chair next to her was empty. A male came up to sit in it and she looked over to the chair. On the chair was a name tag that the chair was assigned to. I guess that would be a way to eliminate chair hogs. Assign a deck chair to everyone according to their preference. 🙄. I doubt that passengers would be moving them around or switching the name tags. 🤗 Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

I have seen that. I was sitting at the Retreat Bar. A couple came up to order a drink. The BT asked to see their sea pass card. I thought it was unusual as they were in the Retreat Deck. They weren’t in a suite. I asked the BT how he knew and said that he didn’t recognize them. Apparently they came in when the door was open Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

I asked one CD why some do shows and others don’t. I was told that when they do a show they get paid extra and have to audition and negotiate a contract the same as any other guest performer. It isn’t required for them to do that. Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

It all depends. My wife refuses to fly so we are restricted to sailing out of USA ports that we can drive to. If we are having great time somewhere that is where we are. Sometimes the Martini Bar, the retreat lounge, on our balcony, Cellar Masters and etc We have sailed many times and sail away doesn’t mean that much. If we miss it we may watch the sail away at the next port. We looking at doing a long cross county trip to Seattle to take a Alaska cruise and do a drive thru and also a 8 day rail trip in Alaska. Then we would do a sail away some where on the top deck We have done a few on the heli pad and no longer waste our time. It is not the best viewing area. That happens in the Spa Cafe. There will be groups playing cards or games. There is a sign requesting that the tables are for passengers eating during open operations. We were on a cruise and there many female groups playing games. People were standing around looking for tables. A worker approached them and said the table are for people that are eating. The women got up and got bread sticks, left them stay on the plates and continued to play their games and had the look and attitude of challenging them again. The signs should say no game playing when the cafe is open Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

I have been in a suite a few times. I never have a problem with having the lounge chair that I want. One of the first things I do is place a towel on two. No one bothers them and I may not use them for hours. I would be rather irate if someone removed them. They are the lounge chairs on my balcony. I don’t know why people have to lounge around a loud pool area. One of the nice things with a suite is that the butler may stock the fridge with the drinks you like. If I want something different i can get it from the retreat lounge or a near by bar and take it back to my balcony., lay there, read, watch the sea go by and etc normally in a peaceful atmosphere. I have a suite booked on B2B cruises. I have been checking everyday to see if I can find the same cabin on both cruises with the 75% discount sale the price is now about 50% more than what I paid and the cruise is now past final payment Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

I thought she finally went in for the shoulder operation that she needed from always patting herself on the back She would stop just to tell you that she had to go because she is so busy. Why even stop and interrupt us if you don’t want to talk? Not a fan. There are many other better CDs and they don’t tell you how great they are. They show you. Same as others. When I find the cruise I want and category I book it. If it goes down in price you can get a adjustment. You can always cancel and lose only $100 pp. For me that is cheaper than paying for the refundable price or insurance. I don’t book with the intentions of canceling. I don’t take the cruise insurance as I get a yearly travel insurance policy that covers me for what I need. Or I can say 1:59 am on Sunday night when they lower the prices for a weekend special that last for 3 minutes. 🤗🙄. It is like the stories you would hear about playing the slot machines between 3 and 4 am because the casinos adjust the machines to pay off more during those hours because not many are playing and they need to pay off to keep the winning payoff percentage within the gaming commission regulations. Years ago we were in the Solarium and there was a drink server and regularly got served drinks The next day we wanted a drink and didn’t see any servers. I seen a officer and asked about service. He said he would send one over. Nothing happened. Finally I decided to go to the bar. I seen the beverage manager later in the day and told him about service there. He said that they stopped service there because passengers were complaining about constantly being asked if they wanted a drink. I told him that they should have put a notice in the paper of at least a sign saying that there would be no beverage service in that area and go to the bar. He said that they don’t need to let passengers know everything that they do. I said that is why passengers give bad reviews about service because they don’t know why there isn’t any. He said that they can’t control that and I shouldn’t condemn the whole department because of one incident. I said that is all it takes because the survey is for the whole department.
