  1. Even Celebrity, in their communication, didn’t call it a Captains Club Lounge, just a Happy hour
  2. There are so many ports in that area, OP can you tell us which ones you are interested in?
  3. Such fuss over semantics! Can everyone agree that the the Sky lounge is a place that was used for a Captains Club Elite event. that didn’t in my mind, make it a Captains Club Elite lounge but if you remember it differently, ok. the point is, it no longer is used for that event
  4. Are there any current Alaska sailings? Isn’t it too early?
  5. That was a year ago, yes? Much re-staffing has taken place since then
  6. Two days but don’t wait until the very end of the cruise
  7. Or stop by Cafe al Bacio and you will probably find some there
  8. What is your itinerary? Prices vary by itineraries, as do the price points allowed in each package
  9. Four women, one bathroom, not my idea of a vacation.
  10. Your steward dropped the ball. The items can be removed so you can put your own items inside, whether or not you have a beverage package. they usually put them in a bag and stash themunder the bed or in a closet. oh, and beverage packages do not include mini bar, so if you do use anything from it you would be charged. but in your case you should have disputed to charges for items you didnt consume
  11. Royal Caribbean Group owns both lines, is that what you are asking about? If you have a Crown and Anchor number it will give you some status on Celebrity, all spelled out on each lines’ websites
  12. Which cruise? What is the itinerary?
  13. Unreliable, inaccurate, clunky, hard to navigate, Not worth the time to learn. If we had to pay for it, we would want a refund
  14. Be sure to put your request for embarkation welcome drink on your survey
  15. Yes, a Premium package, and reduced price bottles of wine
  16. And there still are events, like Musical Mixology, held in a bar, not a dedicated lounge
  17. Sounds like a glitch. Fixable on board. Talk to Guest Relations.
  18. They always use the onboard credit before they charge a credit card. They start with nonrefundable, then they use refundable. If you have any refundable left at the end of the cruise they will give it back to you in cash. Go to guest services and tell them that you want your nonrefundable OBC and they will take care of it.
  19. That’s a totally different service and has nothing to do with luggage valet.
  20. Power strips with a cord are problematic as are any devices with surge protection.
  21. Yes you have to pay a fee. No self-service ironing available
  22. Ship would never deny him entry and leave him there. On the other hand, they might want to have a few words with the parents once he’s back on board.
