imae39 Posted June 17, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2018 Can you take onboard a bottle of champagne in place of one of the two bottles of wine you can take onboard free of paying a corkage fee?

Rare CineGraphic Posted June 18, 2018 #11 Share Posted June 18, 2018 Why would you not be able to drink it in the dining room? You can drink it in the dining room, you’ll just be subject to the $15.00 corkage fee. Sent from my iPhone while I probably should be working. msmoger Posted June 18, 2018 #13 Share Posted June 18, 2018 Just be careful of any "champagne" you may win while on the ship. Be afraid. Be very afraid. Actually, we've won bottles of champagne that were much better than the free dreck they hand out at the Captain's Welcome Aboard reception. Not top shelf, but certainly drinkable (i.e Korbel or better).
canadarocks Posted June 18, 2018 #14 Share Posted June 18, 2018 Just be careful of any "champagne" you may win while on the ship. Be afraid. Be very afraid. Very very true.... DH & I were shocked that they gave out free bottles of "champagne" for trivia wins on our first Princess cruise. One win, one taste, and we knew why! LOL!

triple7tahoe Posted June 18, 2018 #16 Share Posted June 18, 2018 There is a reason they call the stuff they hand out at the trivia sessions "Shampoo" :-)
