Did your free cruise offer also show up when you log into your VIFP offers?

When I cruise on CCL and get a bounceback offer, it shows up in my VIFP profile. If I receive any other offers- free cruises, discounted cruises, premier cruises - they also show up in my VIFP, and I also get a postcard with the details. I have never gotten an email offer. With NCL I only get postcards.

I get offers from the Players Club often...but they don't seem to be really 'great deals'. For example, I just received one recently, that included free drinks while playing and (upto) $525 off room rates....(and I think it also included $100 free play)...anyway, I picked a cruise from their list and checked the prices...blah blah blah....then I went to the regular site and checked the regular price....the difference was $12!!!

So, $12, $100 free play and free drinks in the casino.....not really a great deal...

We did get a bounceback offer once....but it for a sailing about 2 weeks upon our return....great if you're retired or self employed I guess....

For what it's worth, NCL's casino deals aren't much better...

Heh, I'm retired and no bounce back offers for me and 20 cruises.... Just a couple casino offers. Booked a couple of them, saved about $200 each based on the non-offer pricing. The casino bucks just additional sweetner. None of these aligned with a drinks on us cruise...... [emoji21]

Going on the Pride again on Sunday from another bounceback offer when I went in April.

$200 for a balcony cabin

$200 OBC

DOU card

$200 casino cash

As a solo cruiser, it doesn't get better than this for me...The cabin alone would have been $1600 for this cruise:o:o:o

Wow, I am impressed. All my deal are just like Anitavacations, almost worthless.

I know the Premier cruises are very crowded. I am hoping the Premier Plus is not as bad. The offer was sent by email. Hopefully, not as many invites.

Hi! I don't take my Plus until November on Conquest, but I've heard 50 cabins max, and lots of themed activities. Everything else is typical Premier. Again, that's just what I've heard. Looking forward to your review when you return! Good luck and calm seas!!

Never heard of Premier Plus.

What we've been offered, are Premier, Ultra, Elite, with $1000. cash each, Players Club with $600. and $200. cash, and Bounce Back's with no cash, but a super low price!

Love Bounce Back prices! Turned down a $3600 Ultra cruise this fall cause the Bounce Back price for the same 14 day cruise was $1600.!:D

We just got off our first Premier and not sure if we will do another as we had mixed feelings. We had a good time, lots of drawings my husband won one for $100 casino cash and thats all we won during all of the daily drawings. Casino was crowded but not as much as I thought and it was way too much smoke for us non smokers, they really need to do something about the ventilation!! Gifts that were delivered to the room: blue players club logo cups, champagne, cookies & chocolates. There was not a gift on the last night and veteran Premier cruisers seemed disappointed not only in this but overall. We talked to quite a few people that have done their fair share of Premier cruises and were disappointed that there didn't seem to be any offers of dinners at the steakhouse or Italian restaurant or spa services either. During the days at sea if you wanted to be in the casino in case you name was drawn you spent way too much time in the casino, I wish they would have done those at night. We were on the Breeze 9/9 and there were over 380 Premier guests!!

We just came off a 4day regular cruise throught a Dealers choice offer $200 interior/OV and $200 OBC & $200 Cash

We had drinks on us waiting my bf also had a delaers choice offer and we booked in same room reached out to casino department and they offered him his cash as well..

I earned maybe 6k point by night 2 and then went to 8k the 3 day... was offered dinner for 2 at cucina and the asian place. I asked host for comp for 4 on the 3rd niht instead of 2 she honored it with much hesitation got a comp bottle of wine....

last night we were not able to get comp for 4 as she said it depended on how I played that day. rcvd another bottle of wine

Total earned in points was about 11k got a BB offer which was garbage

Cruises starting at $100 + $100 Onboard Credit per room

there offers really went down the drain I;ve been reading

quote=wmwmarmstrong;56991861]Sorry no offers were made but I have had that many points many of times and didn't even get a comped dinner.

Did you have to ask host for that?

Just returned from this same cruise and I must agree. Got the gifts you mentioned but no steakhouse as in the past. My wife did have her name picked in one of the drawings and won some prizes and cash however I had more than 13K points with nothing offered beyond the regular Premier gifts and nothing special as a BB offer. This was also my first Premier cruise although I have received offers in the past just unable to go.

Any time you hit 8000 points and up, go to the casino host and ask, where are you sending me to dinner, then on the last night, ask them for your bounce back offer! Put them on the spot!

You can easily go to NCL as I heard they're after Carnival's and RCL's bigger players! And believe Carnival knows this too!;p

Thank you Dougla for letting us know how it went.

I got an email for a Premier cruise last Sat. We decided on a date and I called back first thing Monday morning. Was told no more Premier cruises were available! I had to Nov. 1 to book, the email said.

What the heck is going on!?

Just remember when they say "Up to $500 off", it usually is not the case.

My PC4 (Casino Premier- Exclusive Offer) was only $70 cheaper then when I did a mock booking (not logged in) on the same cruise, same deck. It did include the Casino cash, so still not a bad deal.

Also, I got a PTF offer (Exclusive Casino Offer) which states "Casino FunPlay Chips may be distributed by Carnival in its sole discretion". Fun Play Chips are chips that must be played until you lose them. They are not replaced with real chips when you win.

Not true. Chips are replaced with real chips.

excuse me? who on earth do you think you are? and i suggest you learn how to read a little, or maybe pay more attention before jumping with spite to say something, because someone may have gotten a little more than you.

i said i havent gambled more than 100.00 in the last 1.5 years ( that means one and a half not 15) , and that is a fact. Additionally i said in 49 cruises, meaning that is how many i did with carnival... in 49 cruises, i havent paid for one in a year and a half, i did not say i got 49 free cruises in a year and a half, nor did i say i got 49 free cruises

... i very clearly stated i did not pay for a cruise in the last year and a half... do the math, that would be close to 3 cruises per month every month of the entire year and of the entire half year 18 months 3 cruises per month... if that were the case i would have said i LIVED on a cruise ship???

i guess you dont sleep at night, the thoughts of anyone getting something like that obviously upsets you a little? WOW why in the name of God would i make that up so a bunch of screen names could read it???

dont be jealous.. good grief I dont need to show you anything, but when you call me a liar ill take three minutes of my time to show you what you may need...with that type of attitude you are not worth more than a few minutes i might add... i have a copy of every cruise i have taken free.. and if you need those copies they are yours for the asking ( i tried pasting them here but i got an error message i had 19 images in the message and im only allowed 6.. bummer

i also have the same offer everyone else has now... pay 100 and get 100 OBC for two free cruises up to 2020 Oh and i have the horizon booked for a B2B Christmas 2018 FREE pay 100 get 100 OBC...

if i had a win loss statement i would show you that too.. but i dont.. canadians dont pay tax on winnings.. i would love to show you the 13 jackpots i won on one 7 night cruise i guess thats bs too.. 13 handpays on one cruise.. and yep i started with a minute amount of money... oh wait.. i have it posted in fb pics of the jackpots.. most of them.. didnt think to take the first few as i didnt know i was going to win 13.. note teh times on the pictures, and dates, some are within half hour of each other... thats bs too? View Here

Full of BS

I will admit, I am jealous! To get two free cruises, I could only dream.

Besides that, I believe you.

She was excited because she rarely gets her name called for drawings. We did not get a gift the last night other than the free drink coupon which was not a premier gift. I probably should have approached the casino host about the steakhouse but they have always come to me in the past. i though they might just be completely booked. I was disappointed in our good ole boy Texas legislature who apparently passed a law preventing the drinks on us the first night of the trip. Even though I have had it in the past this was the first time it was not allowed the first night. They are always trying to save us from ourselves.

Thanks! What sailing dates were those for? When will the next round of Ultra offers come out?

I was mistaken about the date. It was actually MUCH earlier, since we booked the Ultra on May 30th! My husband is a very active players club member and we got an early access email with a mailed invite following. It listed 8 Ultra cruises ranging from 10.20 to 12.15 from Miami,Port Canaveral, and Galveston. We chose the 11.17 sailing on the Horizon from Miami. Our offer was for a free Interior room and $500 Casino cash. This particular offer included a special drawing on each of the Ultra cruises. Three winners will get to meet The Shaq in 2019 (I'm assuming he will be on several Carnival cruises where you will get to meet him, but it wasn't clear what it entailed). It also noted that these Ultra cruises will have SHAQ themed events.

On the Ultra cruise last year we went in December on the Vista and for the expensive gift my husband won a Samsung Smartphone who's value was $900! So he did well! There were lots of Apple IPhones, laptops, and a really nice Samsung 65" Ultra HD TV which INCLUDED installation!

Thanks and Sounds like good prizes to and and least your guaranteed a prize.

For when, the Fall offerings are gone, the Spring ones should be out in Nov-Dec., hopefully!;p

I was wondering both when Fall & Spring offerings/sailings are. Thanks.
