We started off by making our way back toward the front of the ship and stopping by the Atrium to check out everyone getting alcohol, information, and shore excursions taken care of.

We kept on walking toward the Taj Mahal Theatre at the front of the ship and came to the fountain, Ivory Bar, Library, and Chapel. This time the Chapel doors were open so we decided to check things out.

After snapping a few shots, we walked out to the outside deck on Deck 3, Atlantic Deck. We took in some of the air and checked out the water crashing on the front of the ship.

Ok, So just a tid-bit of information. I may be in the middle of writing a post and just stop. Why? Because I am a Firefighter and when duty calls, the posting must stop. I'll try to get as many questions as possible answered while at work from my Droid phone. Love it!!! And then get to some serious review posting when I get home at night. I'll try to be quick for those hopping the Pride in the next few weeks, however I don't want to leave out anything. If there are any specific questions about something I haven't gotten to, just put the question up and I'll try to handle it asap.

Great review!!!! I can't wait to go back on the Pride. My wife has been making the chocolate melting cake about once a week. I think she is trying to tell me something!!

I think so!!!

After hanging out on the deck for some cool Bay air, we decided to go see what game shows were going on in the Taj Mahal Theatre. You can enter the theatre on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th decks.

We walked in and caught some kind of trivia game going on. Once the show was over, it seemed like the theatre cleared out so we started snapping some shots before it filled back up and the main show started.

The Welcome Aboard Show consisted of The dancers coming out and doing a little ditty followed by CD Kirk. Kirk joked around a bit and then introduced a juggling comedian, Tommy Drake. He was hillarious.

When the show was over, we walked out and around to the on side of the theatre on deck 2 and found Butterflies!

Yes they had actual Butterflies in glass blocks on the wall.

There was some kind of music practice going on so we decided to head back up a deck to 3 and check out the Piano bar, however the bar was closed. We decided to head down a deck to the Promenade Deck, Deck 2. We hit up the Pefect Game bar, which I realized once I got home we got no pics of. It had baseball, soccer, football, hockey, and many other memorabilia on the wall. We also forgot the pics of Starry Nights which was where they had Karoke going on. It had the decor of a patio bar with little lanterns strung about and tables and chairs.

I truly love this thread. I'm a Miracle guy who loves Spirit Class and can't wait til Sept. Pride cruise. It may take a few more weeks for the OP to upload all the pics but who cares. I think she may have every inch of the ship covered. I'm gonna check each one out. Go girl.

Since there was really nothing going on we decided to head back to the room and call it a night.

Now, since I went to bed early, I usually wake up early. Well the next morning I was up early and took the camera for a little stroll.

That'll have to wait til tomorrow.

Your review and pictures are amazing! I wish we were sailing this Sunday instead of Sept. 19th. This summer will surely drag. Patiently waiting to see if you went to the casino?

Go Flyers!

We went to dinner right after seeing the Francis Scott Key Bridge and by the time we came up we had just missed the Annapolis Bay bridges. I say eat a late lunch and then a late dinner to catch it all.

Thanks so much for letting me know about that. We will do exactly what you suggested--late lunch (or early lunch, late afternoon snack;)) and then dinner after we sail under the Bay Bridges.

I am loving this review and the pics!

Adam,

I know you mentioned roughly when you went under the bridges but do you have any idea about actual time that you did? I know you said you left at 5 and I will keep that in mind if we actually leave at 4:30 but my kids would get a real kick out of seeing the bridges like that.

We have early seating and I want to figure out the best way to do this. I know we could catch them on the way back but it would be so cool to do it first thing.

Thanks so much.

From the time that you sail it's about a half hour until the Key Bridge and approximately 2 hours to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.

ryanpatricksmom is right. You can figure that if you leave on schedule at 4:30 that you should be under the Scott Key Bridge by 5:00-5:15. Then a by 700-715 you'll be to the next. ;)

I'm leaving Sunday and need to ask, did you go fishing or hear anything about fishing at Half Moon Cay? My DH and DSL are doing that there, while my dd and I go horseback riding.

I hope it's worth it!

2 more days and Pride bound I will be!

We didn't go to Half Monn Cay, so no I didn't hear anything about it. I know a few people went fishing in Nassau when we were there.:o

Loving your review and pics, Adam. Not to hijack your thread, but I did horseback riding last year with 2 teenage GC at Half Moon and we loved it! Don't know anything about the fishing.

Your review is just the medicine I need right now. We cruised on the Dream in March. It was an awesome ship. My husband feels we are taking a step down. I, however, prefer the Spirit Class. We have been on the Legend and Miracle. But I need more pictures to show the family so they will be in my court. Your pictures are beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration.;)

This review is just wonderful! Our family of 6 is taking our first cruise ever in March 2011. We are so excited to have chosen the Pride for our first cruise!

My DH is loving the food porn...
