A British Mans First Cruise - Enchantment of the Seas

Recommended Posts

Morning...Fantastic news that she is on a mend and sailing right along!

We have some fantastic "smart" cookies giving us all kinds of reports and updates! Thank you so much.

You guys and girls, are the type of folks I like to cruise with.

Have a great day everyone and will keep fingers crossed that she does not fall back ill again or we will have to call a Doctor again! ( just a punt as I work for Drs.) :)

Did they change the arrival time into Nassau to 7pm?

Says ETA 19:00

Nope. That's 1900 UTC (GMT) which is 5 hours ahead, so it appears they are due in at 2 pm, instead of 3. That's what it was showing last night too and at first it confused me.

Hey, can you be a bit more positive today you think?

She's doing 19 knots now. YAY!!!!

Here in south Florida it is sunny and 70 degrees. We are supposed to go up to 85 today with mostly sunny skies, so I am sure that conditions on the Enchantment will be great for pool activities. Yesterday we were up to 80, so Port Canaveral should have been just a bit cooler. I don't care about getting off the ship if the weather is nice and I can enjoy being outside and by the ship pool, so I hope the passengers will have a nice day.

Jimbo<<<bit more positive..........Okay.......Everyone on the next cruise on 27th should get a free cruise also. :D

Jimbo:)

You were just such a debbie downer yesterday. Today is a better day. I'm on the March 10th EN cruise so what about us? This was stressful for us too.:D

I am going to venture a guess that the OP is having too much fun! I'm sure once they got into better seas, and it got warm, most people on the ship got into cruise mode!

I know if it were me, I'd find a nice spot someplace and read or play cards or something with my pals......OR verify to see if the casino on EN is STILL as Meg friendly as it was a few years back...:p (let's just say i wond enough to pay a deposit on a 12 night cruise! )

Just an opionion...think we better stay away from the subject of departing passengers and all subjects pertaining to them so as to not jeopardize this thread...just a thought :D

I agree to this post. Let's concentrate on the Enchantment instead and her recovery and watch to see if anyone else posts from the ship to tell what is going on.

In the meantime, where is "our" Radio? ;)
