Hello everyone. . .Yes it appears that Enchantment of the Seas is alongside her berth at Cruise Maryland. . .

 

 

Just a little last minute packing for me and another Starbucks. . .Then I will be ready to go. It is usually just a short ride down I-95 to the pier and there shouldn't be much traffic.

 

I should arrive by 11(ish). . .the rest of the crew will arrive around Noon. . . I had to run to the store this morning to pick up some Half and half as I may be able to find some coffee while onboard today.

I am looking forward to sailing this week, and I while be ready for my first post onboard by around 3PM (ish)

Good morning everyone ! I was really tired last night so I decided to watch the news for a bit, and the next thing I knew it was 4AM. . .

 

OK, I guess it's time to wake up. . . Enchantment of the Seas is heading up the Chesapeake Bay and is getting close to the Bay Bridge.

 

She should be at Cruise Maryland by 7AM and there will be alot of passengers with anticipation waiting to board around 11:30 :)

 

I guess now would be a good time to pack as I have to get to the pier early. I might need to have a coffee (or two).

 

Wake up everyone ! Today is Cruise Day;)

We are doing the 7-night sailing to Bermuda next year on Grandeur, and will be reading your blog and taking notes to prepare for it. Have a wonderful vacation with your family, and thanks for taking us along with you once again:)

I will be leaving for the Pier. I think I have everything I need.

Happy Birthday Pooh, that happens to be my birthday too.

 

And that is the DH's birthday!!

Doing 9256 on the Radiance on the 10th to celebrate, leaving tomorrow for our flight!

 

We are on Enchantment for the first time next year, and can't wait to see Radio's review

with those great pics also!!

Nope, 9256 is a highly sought after "aft" cabin. It is one of those true aft wraps

that (though narrow at the one side) lets you see around the corner along

with that great wake view. We love it for the large balcony and lots of light it lets in.

Geez Radio.. I have my second cup of coffee...in a very nice mug...;):D and...i have to wait until THREE???? Arrgh....guess I will switch to iced coffee...:rolleyes:

 

So exited to read this LIVE report, even though I had the pleasure of sailing with you, and the gators, and the MedicKens and OrangeinIndys back in May......it will be so neat to read about how DGS fares on his first cruise...

 

I bet the crew will love him!!! Hope you didn't forget anything...it would be horrible if you ever left and forgot the camera batteries....we would be so very disappointed!!!

Just adding my thanks for another "live" cruise with Radio. I love these virtual cruises, but especially this time as I am planning this same itinerary in October. It will be my first time on this ship and my first time to Bermuda. :)

 

Have a wonderful time with your family along for the cruise, especially your grandson!
