Grady....these are really amazing photos.....

I got an email from JWDs.....that night at the event Mayor Boomberg, from NYC,was there...

Thanks Kathy!

I remember him saying that there would be a lot of upper-crust types there, I guess he was serious. That's at least two billionaires at one dinner party.

The food was mostly good, although I wasn't fond of the porkchop on the first night. They will bring you tea or lemonade if you ask, but they only bring water to behin with. You can also order coffee, hot tea or bar drinks.

Thanks,and again for the pictures

Her name was Roxy, but I never went in there when she was playing.

Roxy is really a guy from Australia who was actually pretty entertaining on this cruise, but there weren't many people in the bar at night.

Darth, enjoyed hanging with Kathy, you and your wife at the Diamond Lounge ! I'm glad you took so many pics, I hardly took any on this cruise.

I am dismayed that the match plays are gone! We love to do that and it is usually our only trip to the casino. I don't know why they would take them away....we always lose money !

Did you take any pictures of the bungee area? Is it in the front of the ship?

Your pictures are really terrific! We are going in January. Can't wait.

Darth as usual I enjoyed your review. Many who cruised on Enchantment before and after the revitalization noticed more crowding with the additional cabins they added. How did you find the crowds?

No worse than any other Royal ship, maybe even a little better. I really like that she has six hot tubs, the Radiance class ships are about the same size and only have three. The only place I noticed crowding was in the Windjammer, but that's the case on many ships. The trick is to avoid it altogether and just eat in the Park Cafe or the MDR.

Great photos, so glad to enjoy them as I brought the wrong charger for my camera :(

I'm assuming you felt totally comfortable going to the distillery (safety wise). That's what I wanted to do, but as I was with a group of women, some were concerned after reading the safety warning concerning passenger crime in Nassau!

Thank you again for sharing!

No problems at all with the walk there, it's still in the "touristy" part of Nassau. I think as long as you're with a group you'll be fine to walk there.

When we were in the Schooner Bar and at the Top Tier event the pianist was a lovely blond woman named Anna. She played mostly pop hits.

We were surprised at how uncrowded the ship felt to us because it was pretty close to a sold out cruise. We seemed to hit WJ at off times, but it never felt that crowded. Even doing MTD we walked up and were seated right away without a reservation.

Hi Dave!! I,too, thought the piano player was a female.....never made it in there, besides the first afternoon our group met.

I walked there in August with my husband......then last month with a friend(female),then this time,of course with Grady and Beth........Like ANY PLACE in this world, you should be aware of your surroundings at all times....only time I was nervous was last month,......2 men were walking their pitbulls and seemed to have a hard time controlling them.....that kinda scared me..(the dogs, not the men)

There were 2 piano players rotating times in the Schooner bar when I was there earlier this month. And yes, the lovely Ana from Romania was one of them. The other one was a man and must have been Roxy but I threw away my cruise compasses (a new habit) so I can't look up his name to be sure.

Grady,

Thank you for the great pics, we were on her last October to Bermuda. I am surprized they did not replace the attack curtains in the shower with the wrap around glass. The rest of the ship looks beautiful. Beth and I are on Allure Dec 8, hope to cruise with you again.

How nice to see you! I'm happy to see you're still using that terrific shot of you on the balcony of room 7666. In case any one wants to see it, here it is.

Have a wonderful time on that great ship. :)

I have written that same suggestion in several comment cards over the years. The doors are so much nicer!
