Hi Stephen,

 

We were on the Star in March and Hugo told me that he is the "permanent" HD on the Star.

But, I don't know his vacation schedule.

We really enjoyed him.

He is a very, very nice man.

BTW - We had Bruno in March as an Asst Concierge - he was training.

I thought he was very nice.

Sorry you won't get to met him.

 

The Officers and crew on the Star are amazing.

I think they are some of the finest anywhere.

We were in Copenhagen last year on the Star - awesome X 3.

 

If Aldo is still Beverage Mgr - you are lucky.

Also Ronnie - he was Mgr of Moderno in March.

Last year he was Mgr of LeBistro.

Hugo was HD in April. Vik was the F and B. Bruno was the concierge. Very nice guy.

Any idea how long Leah will be on the Sun? We will be cruising in January. I know it is a little early to know but if you have an idea that would be appreciated. Also, any words as to what type of concierge she may be?

Actually, Jenny is back onboard the Gem as of today.

 

When we saw her in April, before she went on leave, I thought she said she'd be back on the 9th. Anyway, we're just glad, glad, glad she's on board for our Sept. 20th Gem sailing:)

It looks like Captain Fafalilos on the Star and Captain Borg on the Dawn are in charge since February and have been working non-stop since 7 months. Is this correct? I believe not.

The last partial update post on the Star was in August. :(

 

Why don't you book 7 day cruise on both ships this month and report back with the current crew rosters. :D

NCL captains rotate on ten week cycles, so the information you have is not correct.

 

Uniall posts what is furnished by others, so if nobody posts the updates, the info stays the same.

He said either the BA or the Getaway he did not get his assignment yet.

 

 

According to what I was literally JUST told by the pre cruise Haven Concierge team, Adrien will be going to Getaway and Ruth is coming to Breakaway.

Today I was told by the NCL Concierge desk that Virginia will be on the Dawn for our October 31 and Nov 7 cruises.

Anyone else hear that recently?

We have not sailed with her, but I hear she is wonderful.

Probably in the minority, but we didn't particularly care for her last fall. It could've been she was getting ready to leave for vacation but she had the butlers doing about 85% of her job.
