How does one capture a screen shot?? I would like to take one for my friend who is on Westerdam but can't figure out how to do it.

Would love to help but it is not a simple 25 word or less answer. Really depends on your hardware/software setup. Very easy with Macs. Suggest you google when you have time... Some folks here could do it for you today...
