This is what I received from the concierge aboard Quantum:

 

Dear Valued Golden Suite Guest(s), 

 

It is our pleasure to welcome you onboard the beautiful Quantum of the Seas.

We are your Golden Concierges onboard and we will be available to assist you with any special requests you may have throughout your cruise vacation. Our desk hours in the Concierge Club are daily from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. You may also reach us by dialing extension 29015from any housephone. Should you need any assistance outside of our desk hours, please dial “0” to the Guest Services Desk located on Deck 4 for our 24-hour operator.

As a special VIP Suite guest, you are offered exclusive amenities and services which are not available to other guests onboard Quantum of the Seas:

 

➢ Use of the Concierge Club located on deck 12 aft. with a complimentary continental breakfast served every morning from 7:00 am until 10:00 am and cocktails & canapés served every evening from 4:30 pmuntil 8:00 pm.

➢ Use of the Solarium Bistro located on deck 14 forward withbreakfast served every morning （check the daily compass for opening hours） and cocktails & canapés at Solarium every evening from 5:30 pm until9:00 pm. Pool will be closed at 9:00 pm.

➢ Exclusive use of our Suite-only restaurant, Coastal Kitchen. It is open daily for breakfast and dinner, as well as lunch on sea days.

➢ Spa bathrobes and luxury bathroom amenities for useduring your stay onboard.

➢ Full in-room service privileges from our Dynamic Dining restaurants Chic, Grande, American Icon Grill, Silk and Coastal Kitchen (available during the restaurant openinghours).

➢ Complimentary seafood lunch served in Coastal Kitchen on day 2 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, and Royal Afternoon Tea in Coastal Kitchen on the last sea day from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

➢ The use of our private Suite-only sundeck situated on Deck 16 midship.

➢ Priority reservations for any of our specialty restaurants, onboard activities, Shore Excursions, Spatreatments, etc.

➢ No reservation required for fabulous show. Reserved VIP seats on the 2nd Floor of Two70 and Royal Theater (please show Cruise staff your Gold colored SeaPass card or meet concierge at Vintages deck5 aftwithin at least 15 minutesbefore the StarWater show starts).

➢ Complimentary pressing of one set of formal wear on the second day of the cruise.

➢ One (1) complimentary experience on the North Star. Reservations have already been made for you, please check the reservation time on Royal IQ App or contact concierge.

➢ Priority immigration process and priority boarding experience at Ports-of-call. Please see your Golden Concierge for more details.

➢ Priority departure from the Quantum of the Seas during the morning in Shanghai. Please meet at Boleros, Deck 4 or see your Golden Concierge for more details.

➢ The Concierge Club is a private area exclusively forGolden Suites, Pinnacles, Diamond Plus and Diamond members only and is accessible on a 24-hour basis with your SeaPass card or Wow Band.

We respectfully request that guests observe a Smart Casual dress code when visiting the Concierge Club (no swimwearor pool attire is allowed; footwear is required at all times). Guests 18 years and younger must be well behaved and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Gosh I hope she is not going to Liberty! That's our next sailing. Is she going as a concierge, or back in Guest Relations?

There are two pages to the Spreadsheet -- one for suite and Concierge Lounge and One for the Diamond Lounge.  Rahul and Jacqeue are in the SL.   Ooma (Devi) Gowardun was from Guest Relations -- just filling in in the DL until 1-19-2018. Jenny Pasemba was scheduled to be back in the DL on 1-19-2019.  .

YinJin boards 2-23-2019 and will be in DL and Jennie goes to SL.

Allure --  Dexter should be back this Sunday and Nancy will leave for vacation

 

Willie Salaja left EN for vacation on Jan 18,2019!

His new assignments will be on Mariner, starting March 24!

 

Eunise Castro is in the Concierge Lounge on the EN until mid-February.  Perla is currently in the Diamond Lounge.

 

The new Concierge on the Freedom of the Seas is Dudley Jean (effective Jan. 20, 2019).  Before this date, he was the Diamond Concierge.  The new Diamond Concierge is Fabio Arena Dias.


Amit Chattophadhyay (formerly on RH) is in the Suite Lounge on the Liberty this week.; Mangesh (MJ) Jambhulkar in DL; Anis

 

Ricardo Mock, Anthem, will be going on Vacation in February, 2019 for about 7 weeks.

 

Currently on  Freedom -- our concierge is VingJin Yu.

Updates:

Alan Del Fierro returned as Concierge on RH

Explorer -- The former CLC, Jayeon Hong went on vacation on 24 January 2019 and was replaced in the CL by Denzil Fernándes who was the Concierge in the Diamond Club, with the return of Jorge Delgado.

Sherri:  Beatrice is still in the DL, but Lyli and Federico are in the SL on Oasis as they were last month also.  

 

Alan was in the DL last month on Rhapsody, and Kumar (new guy) was in the CL.  Did Alan return to CL?

I don't think all my updates took on the Google Doc about OA concierges but now I have it straight.   think Federico goes on vacation when Claudine comes back (to DL) and then Beatrice moves to SL.  

 

Right now what is on the Google Doc about RH is the best information that I have -- hope some recent RH passengers can enlighten me.

That is good to hear -- we cruise on MA on May 20, 2019 and will be in the DL.  I got this information about her:  "Nadia Djurdjevic is the concierge in the Diamond lounge. First day was 1-31-2019 yesterday and will stay on for a 5 month contract (end of June?) also said that she will rotate between D lounge and suite lounge (half and half)."

Yup, that was where they were last month also.   Alan said told me he was worried about missing his D+ friends...since supposedly Kumar is turning the CL into an SL.  Alan likes being in the DL.

Boarding Oasis again in a couple of weeks, will ask Federico.  I know Beatrice does not like being in the DL.  She has way too much to deal with being the only concierge in the DL with the crowding issues...and the usual gripes.  😞

what...how do you know? is Mohamed back in SL?   do you know the staffing for my 3/29 cruise?   you are the man..the go to guy in the know...I'll post when I get the letter from the SL concierges
