My understanding is that if you are Elite you will receive one automatically. As of yesterday, the Princess website does not show that it is available to order.

It is there today. I just downloaded it. :)

We are Platinum and have always received an Atlas as part of our Captain Circle benefits.

See, Tony - you're not always right! :D

I got both of these as well! As others have posted, elite status has nothing to do with it. A wonderful thing it is when elite passengers don't get preferential treatment!

Elites don't get preferential treatment   I want my money back. LOL

Try to remember that when you are Elite, which would be just one cruise away if you had not sailed on those other cruise lines instead of Princess.

Got mine today!

Do you remember the feeling you used to get when you were little and looked at the Sears toy catalog? Well, that's exactly how I felt when I looked at my Cruise Atlas.

I am sad though to see that there aren't any 3 day West Coast cruises listed

To see the shorter Getaways, go to the Princess website. It's nice to be able to do these but I wish the process of boarding etc was easier. Going through security and checking in seems to be so long and tedious for these shorter cruises. Might as well be going on a regular 7 day or longer cruise!😉

I read last week that a friend got hers (Hi Vickie) so I called.

The rep I spoke to said they hadn't been printed yet.

I told her that a friend had received it so they had to have been printed.

She put me on hold and supposedly asked a supervisor.

Came back with the same "not printed yet " story so I gave up.

It's pretty disconcerting that the phone reps are SO CLUELESS!!!!!! :(

I ordered it on line early last week!
