I didn't think this was possible . . . Is this policy fleetwide ? :confused:

 

 

Never hurts to ask - nicely - worst they can say is no! Depends what is available how likely it is to happen.

 

But that being said I've requested an exchanged several gifts and never been denied. We're just on the Breeze in September and our visors were exchanged for two of the newest Tervis tumblers with the ship scenes.

Didnt know the steward could do this thought you had to go to customer service where it was iffy as to whether they had something else

 

 

I've done it both ways. I think asking the steward is easier' date=' faster and you usually already have a relationship with them. They know what's available because they deliver the gifts each cruise. [emoji6']
