I've been following two ship builds, this one and the Norwegian Prima.  It seems they both flooded the dry dock around the same time.  Prima really seems to have come together quickly over the last year.

I think the general consensus is that we are still unsure. Not much progress in the speculation department for now.

I have a wild idea that they could offer the ship to first responders as they did with Spectrum and the bush fires.
