My very first HAL cruise and we were across the pier from a Carnival ship in Sint Maarten and it was non-stop loud music. I said to myself - never Carnival.

 

 

We were in Cozumel last year on the Oosterdam parked near a Carnival ship with a slide and my daughter saw it and wanted to go on one, no pretty sure that's not going to happen. lol. This year then she asked to go on the "circus" cruise and I couldn't figure out what she meant, until she said the slide. OH - lol that's Carnival cruise and that's still not going to happen. lol

Reason number 1 why I love HAL, I want to relax on vacation. I hated going clubbing, it was way too much.
