fstuff1 Posted December 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 7, 2017 (edited) If you have room in the rear of the ship (ie: 11669 or 11671), you have to walk all the way to the end of the ship then make a u-turn to the interior corridor to get to your door? :o if so, that would drive me nuts especially if i was in the last room in that rear corridor. (Note: Not so bad if you had a room in the forward or mid-ship interior corridors since there's 2 ways to get into them.) https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/deckplans/deckbydeck.php?ship=Norwegian-Breakaway&deck=11 Edited December 7, 2017 by fstuff1
casofilia Posted December 7, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2017 It certainly looks that way. I would be asking for a rebate on the cost if I was looking at those cabins!!!
garycarla Posted December 7, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 7, 2017 Sure looks like it. Solution : Don't book that room if that is a an issue.
Rare eileeshb Posted December 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted December 7, 2017 On the Escape there were some interior corridors that seemed to appear and disappear, sometimes the wall/partition/door blocking them off from the lifts seemed to be open but it was closed most of the time. I'd suggest looking to see if there's any cabin reviews for cabins in that seeming cul de sac

DonTheRadioGuy Posted December 8, 2017 #7 Share Posted December 8, 2017 There's an aft staircase right by that section. Just come up that staircase.
casofilia Posted December 8, 2017 #8 Share Posted December 8, 2017 There's an aft staircase right by that section. Just come up that staircase. That doesn't get round the fact that the only way to get to those cabins is by going right to the rear of the boat.
GUT2407 Posted December 8, 2017 #9 Share Posted December 8, 2017 If it’s that big an issue, DON’T book one of those cabins, pretty simple really.
bluesea777 Posted December 8, 2017 #10 Share Posted December 8, 2017 But it's much further to walk to the forward inside cabins - 11401 11403

At least you might not have to walk all the way down in a narrow corridor if you use the stairs.
ColinIllinois Posted December 8, 2017 #12 Share Posted December 8, 2017 It certainly looks that way. I would be asking for a rebate on the cost if I was looking at those cabins!!! Why on earth would they give you a rebate on a cabin that you chose yourself?

ray98 Posted December 8, 2017 #15 Share Posted December 8, 2017 Just access them from the port hallway. Are you sure you are looking at the right staterooms? I was looking at the FWD cabins. Either way it is in 8 cabins it so, a 15 second walk.

Who has 15 seconds to waste? And run the risk of burning off calories? Where is the consumer protection agency when you need it?
