Remember how I told you that it was bumpy?

Here's the final tally at the end of the trip on my friend's iphone.

That's from sitting in the van.

This was actually the night before's menu (I think I mixed them up as we went to the PG on Bantry night), but the menu was really good.

DH had the swordfish

We did an early b'day celebration in the PG. My friend's is 2 days after mine and I had already booked PG for that one so two one day apart is too many, besides we were going to be in Brugges ;)

Our amuse bouche.

Tap a talk is refusing to load again, so I will be back later with more.

Hopefully I'll have a chance here in Antwerp, but I do have nearly an hour saved of ship internet so I'll make the most of it between packing :(.

LOL - we were trapped for some time in teaming rain in Antwerp.

Glad I got a few pics the night before as I certainly wasn't pulling out the camera in that downpour.

We are disembarked and are now in Amsterdam

Busy morning. Hurry up and wait is always busy. LOL.

Last night was busy with cashing out, a b'day party and of course, kazu had to face the music and pack ;(

Had a busy day so no time to post but if things go as per norm, I should have time in the morning befoe we hit the Van Gogh musueum and will try to continue on my back tracking.

For those interested, we are staying at the Banks Mansion and so far, we are very happy campers.\\

I'll be back to carry on with luck tomorrow.

thanks for your patience and following allong :)

I am eager to know about the Banks Mansion. As you know, that is where we were going to book before we had had to cancel our Norway cruise. Is it really as nice as it looks on line? The location seemed ideal.

Loving your photos. But glad you are enjoying as time to post when you are home.

Kazu I was not aware that you were making this wonderful live Travel Blog about your Prinsendam cruise ( love that ship ) with all the beautiful pictures until yesterday . So I started right from day one and now after a lot of hours viewing all the posts I am with you in Amsterdam .Really enjoyed your pics and stories, saw some good friends of mine , Ann and Pat , and now want to look for a cruise around England and Ireland ! Thank you for taking the time to share your adventures , loved all the food porn , also thank you again hooking me up with Arnaud for the coach in Brest , that was a very nice day for us also but than on the Rotterdam in April.

Stayed at Banks Mansion last summer before Viking Passages TA. Really enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast! And the Van Gogh museum was also wonderful. Walk through the flower market just around the corner from Banks Mansion. Memories! Doing the Scottish Highlands Explorer on the Prinsendam next summer. Can't wait.

So far it is absolutely as nice as it looks, Gail. Haven't had breakfast yet but I'll get some pics and some food porn of their cheese board (forgot last night).

They even have Ipads in the "library".

We did the Anne Frank House yesterday and the flower market. And then I returned to the flower market and got some. Such a good price.

Hi Tony,

Glad you are enjoying the thread. I'm only at Waterford so there is more to come.

You are most welcome for the connection to Arnaud. Our day in Brest went perfectly too, happy to say.

Quimper was such a beautiful spot. So glad we got to enjoy it with a decent amount of time.
