Kentucky Derby Day!  I have no mint so am making do with a whiskey sour, with extra orange slices (aka drunk fruit salad).

Derby Day for mint juleps and Christmas for eggnog were the only 2 days I was allowed near the house bar by my husband.  It was his providence except for those 2 times and all I had to do was request what I wanted.  He perfected the Ss French Martini, his own Cosmo, and a Ginger Martini just for me.  Sigh, the things I miss about him.
