Rare leck57 Posted October 7, 2018 #2 Share Posted October 7, 2018 You would best go on to the Princess website and click on Royal Princess to get all this info. They have menus, restaurants, and the charges etc. We went to the Crown Grill on Royal which is predominantly steak and for the $29 charge we thought it was excellent. asingl Posted October 8, 2018 #3 Share Posted October 8, 2018 Make sure to check out Alfredo's! It's a no charge Italian style restaurant in the Piazza! Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Forums mobile app
Mslmesq Posted October 8, 2018 #4 Share Posted October 8, 2018 It doesn’t have a price for the chefs table. Any idea how much that is and how many courses you get? Or if wine is included?

satxdiver Posted October 8, 2018 #6 Share Posted October 8, 2018 We are partial to the Italian restaurant, Sabatini's. Neither of us are red meat lovers so the Crown Grill is not an option. Luckily while the CG is over crowded, Sabatini's is usually easier to get a reservation and at $25/pax is less expensive than the $29/pax in the CG. skynight Posted October 8, 2018 #9 Share Posted October 8, 2018 We have booked a 7 night 1st cruise on Royal Princess .Could some one tells us the names ,type of food & cover charge for the special restaurants aboard Which of these restaurants are your favorites & what type of experience you had there :D Thanks for your help here I'm going to start by mentioning that it isn't necessary to dine in a specialty restaurant. DR meals in the DR's are nice, and the World Fresh Marketplace buffet is huge with lots and lots of selections. But here you go: Alfredo's, pizza, calzone antipasto, salads, dessert. No charge. Walk in. Open 11am until late evening every day. Crown Grill, steak, chops, seafood, $29/pp and Sabatini's, Italian, $29/pp, open every evening, reservations normally required. Call the dine line or pre-book on line. Crab Shack, buckets of shell fish, $29/pp. Served some evenings in a seating section of the buffet area. $29/pp book on board. Special Dining experiences, Chef's Table, $115/pp*, Wine Maker's Dinner, $40/pp*, Ultimate Balcony Dining, $100/couple dinner, $50/couple breakfast. You have to sign up for the chef's table and wine maker's dinner once on board. Believe you can pre-book the balcony dining. *Believe these are the current prices. Rare geoherb Posted October 8, 2018 #10 Share Posted October 8, 2018 In addition to Sabatini's and the Crown Grill, the Royal Princess also has the Ocean Terrace Seafood Bar. It's a casual place where you can order various seafood dishes. They offered the Crab Shack in a portion of the Horizon Court a couple of times on our cruise last month. It's $29. Our favorite celebratory dining option is the Ultimate Balcony Dinner. It's $100 per couple. You get cocktails, appetizer, salad, entrees, and dessert served by two waiters on your balcony. You also get a free photo, half bottle of champagne (which can be traded for a bottle of wine), and a flower arrangement that you can keep for the rest of the cruise.
