If I turn platinum on the 3rd day of my 8 day cruise, will my sign and sail card be Platinum or still gold

It will be platinum and you will have all priority privileges, including at boarding.

As Nic6318 stated, you will be considered Platinum for the entire cruise. You can verify this by looking at documents online. Your boarding pass and luggage tags will have Prioriy printed on them and your boarding pass will show Platinum on it.

Me, too!  I have 70 nights and my boarding pass for our 6-nighter on the Conquest next month say “Platinum”.  Finally!

Have you ever had any issues with your laundry?  We rarely use this perk because we are leary of having nicer, colored clothes washed in hot water.

Yes. Best for things you don't really care about.

We only wash shorts, T's, underwear and other non delicate laundry. I wouldn't wash a silk shirt home or on a ship

I have not, but I don't send anything precious to me to the laundry.  I don't send colored clothes, send stuff like underwear, swimsuits, socks etc.  I did send white dress shirts which came back perfect.

Yes I did the same thing on my last cruise and when I boarded the ship and got my card it was Platinum.

This will be us too! We currently have 70 days, and our next cruise will put us into Platinum status...yay! No more buying FTTF.

I don't use the laundry.  I tried it once, just for jeans and sweatshirts, and they came back smelling like they had been washed with a bunch of really dirty clothes with no soap.  Smelled very bad.    Maybe just a fluke, but I haven't been able to bring myself to try it again, even if it is free.

Congratulations on turning Platinum!! Have a wonderful time on the Conquest next month, I will be on her for a 6 night in January also - Jan 13th.
