Ncl login issues

Anyone else experiencing login issues? I can’t get into my account, also can’t reset password?!?

 

i am on the phone to check, but not getting any answer

Same here -- I am getting a message that my login information is incorrect. I'm sure it's a glitch, hopefully fixed later on.

I had trouble when I hit login icon. Just hit saved icon and was able to log in. It worked for me.

 

Don't log out then and it will keep you logged in even though it doesn't show you are.

It is Sunday morning.....that is when the vast majority of companies do website maintenance.

Are you getting one of the "Website taking a Vacation" pages ?

NCL has pulled the plug and is doing maintenance.

Why is it always when I want to use the computer to check on NCL space FAQ etc. ?

 

Things are working fine now - but just you wait it can get worse - after the down time

it is upward with increased fees and gratuities - What part of FREE (FEE) did you not understand ?

The one consistent thing that I have found since booking with NCL is how inconsistent their website operates. So far out of all the cruise lines that we have used it’s the most unreliable.
