casino comp cruise cancelled options?

my anthem nov 13 cruise comp from club royal has been cancelled has anyone gotten through on the phone to hear our options to move reservations to a different date and ship?

I just got off the phone with them (for the exact same cruise).  Told me that leadership hasn't provided any options and to call back tomorrow.

Thanks for asking the question, OP. I'll be following along as I'm in the same boat. No pun intended. My comped JS on Harmony just got cancelled - it was such a great deal that I'd hate to have to just give it up and take the refund.

I was told the same thing. I had booked Harmony in April for an October sailing. When it was canceled they let me reschedule it for November. I wonder if they will let me reschedule it again.

DH won a free slot tournament cruise on Explorer in November.  Our notice says it will be rescheduled to Mariner 7-nights out of Miami 12/4/21.  There is no such sailing (as of now)??!!

That’s wild because Mariner is out of Port Canaveral, not Miami?

Which option should we use when you call Casino dept. #1 calling about your cancelled booking, or #2 Calling about booking a new cruise? I called twice and punched #1 and was on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up after that. I have Rhapsody 11/28 free inside so going FCC would be zero right? I would sure rather rebook that free inside for another date on something.

Your port fees and taxes will be refunded to your method of payment if you cancel. The FCC on a comp cruise is only on what you paid to upgrade your room.

I used #1 today and held for 10 minutes before they cut me off and 17 minutes the second time I called. Then I was told to call back in 24 to 48 hours.

I'm hoping I can maybe just change that free inside to another cruise even if it is only a 4/5 night. It won't hurt to ask. This is my 4th cancelled cruise so far(other cruiselines) I have serious withdrawal.

With months of cancellations in our past why do they not have an answer on how to handle these comped cruisrs?   I dont understand why the plan isnt in place.

Someone just posted on the RC casino FB page that they were just told that as long as you do not have any offers available, you can move your cruise but only to January or February and only 3-4 night Mariner and Navigator cruises. I am now wondering if this means they will only be sailing these two ships for the start of 2021????

That's very interesting.  I have noticed that all the recent casino offers are for sailings of april or later.  Wonder how the annual prime will come into play as I booked my prime but Dh still has his 2020 prime to book.  Guess we'll find out more tomorrow.

My TA said they will get a list of comp replacement cruise Thursday. My offer was great hope new one is comparable. 5X cancelled so far hope 2021 is better.

Yesterday  I received  an offer for $200 off certain cruises.    So I guess I will lose  my full 7 night comp because I have an unused $200 offer?

Also got a new offer this morning - my Thanksgiving Casino cruise on Harmony was canceled - decide just to get a refund instead of trying to lift and shift - more offers will come along.  They want our money

I read the hole cancellation letter. Unfortunately it said casino comp cruises were not eligible for lift and shift. I hope they change that

They keep sending out new offers. We got new offers the other day and another new one today for JS or Balcony for 3 to 5 night sailings for april thru june.  I'm very happy with all the new offers in the recent past.  Hopefully you have their new offers too!
