Would appreciate suggests for what cabins have a bigger balcony in a mini-suite on the Infinity?

Do you mean Sky Suite?  Infinity does not have a mini-suite category.

Concierge cabins are not considered suites and do not get the perks of a suite. 
The aft facing Concierge (C 1 ) cabins have very large balconies. For example 7203

The largest balconies are in AQ on deck 11 aft

Just to add to miched. The largest Aqua balcony is 1140. The adjacent cabin's verandas are large but angled. These are not suites but decent sized cabins with enhancements. 

The largest  Sky Suite verandas are on deck 6....6131 and 6132. 6125 and 6126 are angled and if memory serves are quite open to the elements. 

I know someone who has sailed on her more recently can help.

These are our preferred cabins on M class ships like the Infinity. We have 1138 booked for both of our Infinity cruises next year.  With the Premium Dinks package we  love the location just above the Sunset bar and the stairway in the hall that takes us down to the bar to bring drinks back to our balcony. These popular 5 cabins are among the first to book in AQ Class.

We had one of those booked for the "Heroes" cruises that were on the books for a brief while in late winter or early spring. We were excited to try them, as we are very unlikely to ever afford them "for real."

Oh, well. Celebrity did the right thing canceling those, but it would have been nice.

The M Class "Sweet 16" cabins on Deck 6 will have larger balconies.  They are well forward, however.

While the aft A1 cabins like 1140 have large balconys I believe the aft C1 on deck 7,8, 9 are larger.   We often book one of these vs a sky suite on M class ships.
