Is this the one you are referring to? I actually got snail mail on this last week along with an email.

Nope - a different one.  Mostly summer time cruises.

I received today as well - only Alaska, Canada/NE, and Europe sailings. No Caribbean. We booked a Montreal to Boston sailing on the Zaandam.

I also received the offer today for Alaska, Canada/NE and Europe sailings.  I was hoping there would be some offers for 2023 but these are all for 2022 with the earliest being 4/17 and the latest 10/8.  I think they're having a hard time filling the ships even to a 60% capacity.  Hopefully there will be a follow up list with 2023 cruises.  Fingers crossed!

I used to get offers, and actually received on in our room on our last cruise, but I have stopped getting emails.  Can I call the Casino line to inquire about that, or is that "not allowed?"  I don't know why we've stopped getting them.

I didn't get anything yesterday, but I just booked 2 cruises from the last batch.  Does that change eligibility?

After I booked a great casino offer months ago. I find out today all the casino games I booked for are during my dinner hour.     Bummer.

actually we play blackjack every day.    Prior to the last cruise, we got a postcard with some 'free play", but never the kind of thing you talk about....who knows??

I think on tables you have to "let them know" somehow. With slots, it is automatic if you out your card in the machine  when you play. At least for us that worked - we didn;t register or anything, just played some slots and "voila" we get offers now (including the one in this post)

I do not think so.  We booked one a few months ago for Alaska free cruise and got alot more options from this mailing.

We booked ours with a casino offer a few months ago.  Interesting difference is the cost to upgrade yourself to a higher category.  Three months agp we received a free Oceanview and upgraded to Neptune to $1599.  This time we received a free Verandah and the cost to upgrade to a Neptune ranged from $1599 to $2499.  Does not make sense IMO.

Booked a casino offer free cabin, upgraded  to balcony.   But,  checking the itinerary all the casino games with prizes included in the offer are during dinner hour. Bummer.

Latest offer was on several ships - but the main one was the Zuiderdam.  The one I booked in Jan was Eurodam.

Our casino offer came with $50 in play, but no mention of games with prizes. Any idea what one could win?
