I can promise you an exponential improvement in the food p0rn in the coming days, but for now I'm trying to eat as cheap as I possibly can... I've gotta squeeze a whole lot out of my already battered budget in the coming days. Expensive dinners and cocktails... Who knows what kind of transportation costs once I make it to some of the islands, ect...

After that extremely flavorful and filling lunch, I took a little walk up to the nearest transit station to add some value to my Marta Breeze card... I could've just waited until Saturday morning when I head to the airport, but when seconds count I'd rather be 100% ready to roll, rather than risk missing the train. Plus, I wanted to get out of this stuffy store with all of my sick coworkers.

Sardines are one of the best things ever for your health... They're an "acquired taste"...

I’m so glad that the Celebration sails out of Miami, my all time favorite embarkation port!...  The great beaches, the art, and the diverse dining scene, oh my! It’s the perfect place to kick off a vacation.

I LOVED the Mardi Gras, but I seriously dislike cruising from Port Canaveral. No great restaurants, and nothing else to really to do at all. I feel completely “out of my element” there… I’m a “city boy”... If this were Deliverance, I would have been one of the guys in the canoe. Maybe not Burt Renoylds, but a solid John Voight. (or at least Ned Beatty…)

I believe that one of the reasons my Mardi Gras cruise didn’t actually live up to my expectations WAS due in part to sailing out of Port Canaveral. The hour plus shuttle ride from the airport… The positively spartan conditions at Raddison’s Resort at the Port… And the lack of decent dining or drinking establishments once I was on the ground and ready to “paint the town”... Hopefully, being back in the Magic City will give me the energy boost I require to propel my long awaited vacation into the stratosphere!...

I like to refer to this as a nice distraction for my last 16.5 working days this year.

Lucky you... This week alone seems to have been sixteen days already... Thanks for reading, maluhia87...

Much like anchovies which most people would reward their waitperson with a shower of bottles if they brought them to their table.

Seeing all of these initial reports of the Celebration are getting me pretty, pretty, pretty excited for what's in store on board... I wish that I could fast forward through these next two and a half days at work, and get this PARTY STARTED!!!...

Page 2 already, but I found you and I'm looking forward to this. 😁 Will you be dining at SoCal Cantina this time?

Welcome to the party, SenatorsFan... I probably won't be making it there, as I have a few "really special" things planned, but anything is possible. I've been trying to figure out how many "new to me" places I can hit...

Now it looks like another one of the guys at work is coming down with something... God please don't let me catch whatever these inconsiderate people are carrying!...

Start gargling with tequila. NOW.

I am looking forward to the rest of your live review here!  Great intro!

Thanks for following, BigNance... I've been mulling over what my opening line would be for months, and then it just came to me out of the blue.
