Hello:  I received an offer for free veranda room, including drinks, etc.  I am trying to make a reservation, but can't find my offer with the code.  This was for 7, 9, or 10 nights, one of the ships sailing is the Reflection.  I am trying for the Reflection, 7 days from Ft. Lauderdale.  Does anyone have the code?

Wow, lucky you to even get the offer with free drinks.  Guess you better find that offer and locate your personal code.  good Luck!

I called BCC  Friday to inquire about possible offers. After a 2.5-hour hold I reached someone. The woman looked up my account and said I should be receiving a quarterly offer by mail and went ahead and gave me a code. I seemingly lost the piece of paper and called today to get the code again (in case I don’t receive a mailer - she said they’d go out Jan. 11). The man I spoke with a little while ago told me - in no uncertain terms - that I am not eligible for any upcoming offers and that he had no idea why I was told that. (The woman said sailings in April, May and June would be eligible, gave me general itineraries and sailing durations.) I have since found the code. Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing? I can’t imagine the woman I spoke to was just giving me bad information for fun. 😯

I hate to say it because I love Celebrity and their casinos, but the BCC is a total disaster right now. You have to hold for 2 hours to get someone who gives you the exact opposite answer of the person you spoke with before.  They change their rules all the time and don’t even follow what’s on their website.

I don't understand, I got through in less than 2 minutes, had a cruise booked in less than 10 minutes, with an email confirmation. We are Pearl and probably spent less than $200 on our May cruise. Prior to that we hadn't cruised on Celebrity since 2018. We have a BCC cruise booked for Feb on Solstice and one in Apr on Edge.

I dialed 1-866-461-7170. Can’t remember if I entered a “1” or “2.” My point wasn’t so much the hold time. It was the conflicting information. I’ve been told more than once that basically you only get one offer at a time based on last cruise/play. I do have one BCC cruise booked. I was merely calling to see if I might be receiving other offers. I’ve never gotten an email or mailer. Sailed in April and November. I have to call to get information (and my preference is set to receive mail/email). That’s the only way I found out I was eligible for the cruise I booked. (I will probably turn amethyst on my next sailing - assuming the number of tier points BCC told me I have is correct. None of that seems to matter anyway.) Enjoy your cruises. 🙂

You may have to call Blue Chip Club so that they can look up your offer and assist you.  They clearly knew that I didn't have the offer when I called so I was given the Casino NET60 discount for recent play.

How does the net60 work?  Is the 60% off the lowest sale price?  Each time I email the blue chip club it takes a week for them to reply.

We have had the same issues with blue chip. My husband was the one receiving the email offers. Decided to call to get further info..First person we spoke with said bring up to 4 people in a cabin no problem. Asked him to check if I had one under my name as well. He said that I did. Hung up and decided to think about what we wanted to do. Called back once we decided that we wanted to book. Person we talked to said offer was only good for 2 people in a cabin and that I didn’t have an offer only my husband. Hung up and called again. Was told that yes we both had offers but the sailing we wanted wasn’t available. She did some checking and offered us a completely different sailing than any that were listed on our original offer. So, it seems like you do get a different answer every time that you call. No consistency at all and the wait times are very long. It ended up being worth it though. We got 2 IV cabins on the Apex Christmas cruise for  a few hundred dollars each. Priced out that cruise and same rooms would have been over $7000.

Calculating the cost of the net60 is a bit complicated, but if you are thinking of booking one of these cruises then you should have a general idea of what the cost will be since the BC phone staff seem to make lots of mistakes. With a net60 you pay 60% of the Celebrity refundable cruise cost for before any discounts are applied, then add in your port fees and taxes. We've used net60 to book a couple of very expensive cruises and ended up with good deals. Other cruises ended up being better just using the special sale price of the day. I would suggest that before calling BC estimate the cost with the net60, then do a mock booking on the website to determine which way works best for you.

Many don’t realize they’re open on weekends and often have shorter wait times

Nope - waited 2+ hours yesterday.  Got conflicting answers to an already booked cruise.  Was told the discount on the Al or Drink package was for only one guest.  Really???  It is so frustrating....
