You are right!  I did not realize I posted the older itinerary.  We are going to Labadee first (tomorrow), then Aruba, then Curacao.  🙂

Who are the concierge this week? We were on Symphony in May and will be back on soon.  Jenny was our concierge in May and she said she would be back when we were on board in December.

For the Crown Lounge (previously Diamond Lounge) it is Salvdor Orzal.  He was very helpful and friendly to assist us with a change in show reservations this morning.

Good morning!  Today, I am grateful for not just one, but 8 days of rest on this beautiful ship.

We were supposed to eat in the Solarium Bistro, as we had made reservations quite a while ago.  The reservation disappeared this afternoon.  We assume it is because we had reservations for 5:30 PM, and the app showed that they do not open until 6 PM.  We decided to just eat in the MDR, since our previous cruise on Royal Caribbean was in 2019 (Harmony)

 

Is there any advantage in booking the Solarium Bistro?  Just tranquility over the MDR or different menu items? Still has a buffet setup and ordered items brought to you?

Interested to hear about your cruise.  We are boarding Symphony on Nov 26th.  We got a 3 night dining package.  
 

I really enjoyed Wonderland when I cruised on Symphony in March of 2020.  They have a drink called Smoke Rings (I think that’s what it was called).  It was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had.

This show is not to miss.  Almost a 10!  Just a couple of songs in the second half were a bit 'off'.  Overall, it was something you can't describe in words. You have to experience it.  From the ISS to aliens to sky-diving to 'girl power world war' to a bit of comedy - the show had it all!  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is a brand new cast for your shows..It was announced multiple times last week that the cast for "hairspray and flight" were at the end of their contracts and we saw their last performances...This new cast has been rehersing in Maimi..

@LordBeavis  We love the tranquility of Solarium Bistro, the Mediterranean menu, and the lamb chops (extra charge).  I also have partial hearing loss and the MDR is the exact type of environment where I cannot hear well.  So, we prefer a more quiet area.  I will report back after tonight about the menu options, since we have not eaten there since 2019.

Thank you!  We did not book any specialty dining... I will need to see if that drink is available anywhere else.  Sounds interesting.  🙂

They serve it at the Wonderland bar as well and you don’t need reservations for the bar I believe.  Keep in mind, I had this cocktail almost 4 years ago so I’m not 100% sure they still serve it.

Tip:  The main entrance to the Solrium is on deck 15.  Once you are inside the Solarium, walk down the stairs by the pool to access the wings over the bridge.
