Even if you have their email doesnt mean they answer their emails. He probably has minions answering for him.

Sorry, but after reading the above posts I guess I was wrong to assume you were asking about Jayson the SL concierge aboard Liberty.

 

Just a personal comment, he was great on our October Canada NE Liberty cruise.
