Grossed out

Am I the only one that is grossed out at the twirling of the napkins in the dining room?

Seriously.... All those germs just flying around the room.

Doesn't bother me one bit. I think touching the stair rail is far worse and the door handle to any room.

Yes, real stupid, like little kids....I just don't understand people.

There are far more germs on the tongs & other utensils used at the buffet that you are touching directly to select food, than the possible germs from napkin twirling...

uhmmm... they are clean... duh

and if THAT grosses u out, you may not want to cruise in general.. or be in public areas with people.... just saying. there is MILLIONS of germs all over.. even more in an enclosed place like a cruise ship.

tongs, door handles, elevator buttons (for me, hot tubs), shaking hands when meeting people......

I'm sure you will hear from some folks like you OP. But as for me, no I'm not grossed out by it at all. Might wanna build yourself a bubble, because there's an infinite list of things far more gross inducing than twirilng napkins.

The buttons to flush the toilets OR the locks on the stall doors in the bathrooms. Now those to me are gross. But if you gotta go, you gotta go. Twirling of napkins, not so much.

If that grosses you out. I guess the kid who had his finger up his nose at the pizza line would push you over the edge?

Lol...pretty much! OP, why would you think germs are flying about. If they aware on the napkin, they stay on the napkin. Now, little bits of food might go flying about, but not germs.

What grosses me out is the guy up on the Lido deck who takes his water bottle and who fills it up with orange juice but puts the OJ spout inside his bottle.

You know the 2 touch and his mouth is all over the bottle.

Somebody could have a nut allergy and have one shoot down their throat :eek:

Correct that germs are everywhere. But crumbs usually don't fly through the air. Sis got a UFO on her plate during the Dirty Napkin Dance. She now covers her plate when the singing starts.
