Do you wear your real wedding rings on cruise trips?

This perhaps is a silly question but I am curious what most people do. Do you leave your irreplaceable valuables at home (wedding rings come to mind) or wear them on the ships?

I wear my wedding band and a pair of simple diamond studs pretty much all the time, including when I travel. The diamond fell out of my engagement ring several years ago and I haven't replaced it. I sometimes wear a 3 stone diamond ring or a sapphire ring with my wedding band, it depends more on my mood than where I am traveling to. I wouldn't have an issue wearing either on a cruise. I have worn them on trips to Europe, Asia and Mexico as well as the US. I don't have anything that is particularly flashy though.

I do have an attachment to designer purses but I generally leave those at home when I travel, and instead use a small, simple crossbody bag.

I always wear mine. Don't see why I wouldn't it's not like I'm not married when i go on vacation. I'd be sad if I lost it but he put it on my finger to wear not to hide in a box.

My real wedding/engagement rings don't fit me anymore, so I don't wear them. Instead, I have a few different replacement sets that aren't real or very valuable.

Take mine and keep in safe while not wearing.

For an anniversary we had custom rings made, I leave mine at home. It's not anything big or flashy, just special. DH wears his, but them I'm not sure he can get it off his finger.

We bring both our real ones and fake ones.....real for the ship Nd fake ones for the islands.

on cruises I don't wear mine- leave at home as I have a fear of the ports we visit I don't want to be wearing or keeping a good valuables on me. If I did get mugged I rather have no jewelry on or fake jewelry. that is just my preference.

We wear our wedding bands on the ship & to the ports. At night we put on the fancy rings for the evening. The rooms have safes & the ring are insured.

Yes, wear whatever jewelry you wish while on the ship ... but leave it in your safe on port stops. ;)

I wear my band but it is Cobalt so it's not valuable at all. When we go to port my wife leaves her engagement ring in the safe but will still wear her band. The engagement ring is too unique and valuable to risk losing it.

I wear no real jewelry of any kind while traveling. The diamonds and gold stay home, no use being a target.

I wear my rings on the ship but remove them and put them in the safe before we get off in each port. I only wear costume jewelry when off the ship.

I don't bring my good jewelry with me anymore on cruises - too risky. The only piece I'll wear is my wedding ring but I'm very careful where I wear it. If it's to a beach all day, I'm alone, or in a port that has a history of robberies, I'll leave it in the safe. When I wear my ring, I'm aware of who's around me and at times, I've turned my ring around so it looks like it's just a wedding band, hiding the good part. ;)

We actually have started leaving our rings at home. My hands swell too much in the tropics and I never end up wearing it anyway.

I do this as well.

I wear my diamond ring everywhere but the pools & port cities. I wear just a small, plain gold band when I don't have "the big ring" on. I just lock up any jewelry in the safe.

I wear my ring, but won't bring my pearl ear rings and necklace. They were my moms and I fear them being lost, my husband keeps saying why have them if you don't wear them.

I guess my policy is bring stuff that can be replaced?

We decided not to wear them. I would be devastated if anything happened to them so we keep them safe and sound at home! We know we're married to each with or without the rings ;)

I leave my wedding and engagement rings at home, hidden, and wear a $25 tungsten ring I bought online

I used to have the same philosophy and left all my jewellery at home for fear of losing it or having it stolen. Then one time our home was burgled and I lost it all ( and more) anyway.
