  1. Normally you can find Eggnog at breakfast. My favorite Princess dessert is the Gingerbread Souffle served at dinner.
  2. I received no pen or paper for the 2 weeks I was on Caribbean Princess in May. In addition to the COVID reasoning, I would add cost cutting. I wonder what percentage of chocolates ended up in the trash can. Now the chocolate mints Disney left on the pillow, it's been a while so maybe no more, those were awesome.
  3. I would cruise on mandated and not mandated, but I can see a line or two doing this. For passengers that want more safety measures or the look of it, depending on your opinion, Disney is now a go to option.
  4. No harm in trying another line. You may be back or find your new love.
  5. Embassy suites is nice. Near many restaurants, breakfast provided and short trip to port.
  6. I love going to Jost van Dyke. Hit the Soggy Dollar bar for a Pain Killer or two. Beautiful water. Plenty of boats go from Tortola to Jost.
  7. Less luggage sounds nice, but I wonder how do people handle the souvenirs they buy. I've been to the Caribbean many times, so I don't really do much shopping, but I've done 1 British isles cruise and want to do another in the future. For those packing light where do you pack your gifts and items you buy for yourself?
  8. Very nice gesture. Glad you got it so fast.
  9. It will probably cost the same as the new Disney drink $5000.
  10. Thanks for sharing. I was hoping they would go through May of '24. I'll have to wait until the next release.
  11. I had the same concern with my May Caribbean Princess sailing. My planner told me it had reached capacity. My sailings went and I'd bet your will also.
  12. Yes, finally some movement on the release of 23/24.
  13. Main dining room is the way to go.
  14. And a few wonder why some perks are shrinking or disappearing.
  15. I tried to simply extend my FCC to following May cruise and was told no. Just one case, but there seems to be a line in the sand. Can't hurt to ask.
  16. Interesting comparing regions. I was on the Caribbean Princess for 2 weeks of Caribbean sailings in May and both weeks had over 3000 passengers and I asked for someone about the following week and also over 3200 on board.
  17. I agree with you JimmyVWine. I took my son on 11 cruises while he was growing up. Great memories and a wonderful opportunity to teach him how to eat properly and socialize.
  18. At the hotel. I'm not sure it would last through the airport.
  19. Maybe there are better times, but 60% off second guest is a good deal, especially for solo cruisers.
  20. I was on the Caribbean Princess in May for two weeks. A little older, but still a great ship. Crew was amazing as always. I would sail on her again.
  21. I sailed in a few suites on Princess and never received a free bottle of wine. First night dinner in a specialty restaurant was on the house, but not my drinks.
  22. That's almost the price of a cruise. I have to pass.
  23. My guess ot varies by terminal. Which one? There was an elite line at Ft. Lauderdale in May.
