How Did You Choose Your User Name?

Mine is actually based on my name. I was a member for longer than I'd like to admit before I realized that it is a negative term in the cruising lexicon! Oops! :o

I see these...um...unusual names, and I'm curious about them. So, how did you choose your CC ID? :confused:

I play duplicate bridge. I had a run of poor cards, and so I used a green 'pass card' a lot. Hence my long suffering partner called me 'Mr Green'.

Years ago, the first time I ever registered on a site (not this one) that required a username, I wanted to use Wembley, being that I love the UK and I love sports stadia - but it was already taken. So, I tried Twickenham, and that was accepted. I've been Twickenham on every website I sign up for ever since.

I have two boys, the oldest's name starts with B and the youngest's starts with Z.

What I find really funny is that at the M&G people always rhyme the two letters, even though in my (Canadian) head it is "bee and zed" ;)

Before I had children, I frequented a pet forum where I was Jasmine's Mom, Jasmine being the dog, so it was an easy answer. I often wish I had been a bit more creative, but it's funny seeing people around the ship automatically calling my boys B and Z when they see them with us, as that's our pet names for them. The often wonder how so many people know their nicknames :)
