Morgans, I saw the childrens facilities but unfortuneately dudnt take any photos. I was completely amazed by how good they were, there was massive aread for each age group. I can answer any questions you have.

We didn't have any particular questions as such but we're just wondering what they were like. Thinking about our grandchildren (6 months and 3) and were wondering what the facilities and night nursery were like. Glad to know that they appeared spacious. Did you notice if there was a toddlers paddling pool?

By now my red lanyard is witness to me having outstayed my welcome.... my tactics to avoid the disembarking squad are beginning to fail me..... they have already alerted embarking staff that the afternoon groups are about to board.....

I was surprised to see you start a blog on here, so used to reading your great post and pics on Royal Caribbean. I would imagine there were some big differences. Was the ship as brown and beige as it appeared?

All the meals looked good, did your table mates comment on taste?

Hi Lou..... Dashing around is my forte..... on Oasis on turnaround day I cannot remember how many corridors I walked down to get shots of the building works :eek:

 

Yes brown, beige and cream pervaded with the occasional splash of blue. That long stateroom corridor shot says it all really.

 

Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. I don't believe there was much wastage but honestly I wasn't paying too much attention!

 

Thanks everyone for posting your comments. It's lovely to know that people are actually reading these blogs. There'll be 4 weeks worth on the RCL board in May.... ;) Will tackle the scanning of things tomorrow as I have the morning clear.

Many thanks for posting the photos of the obstructed view balcony cabin. We had changed our cabin from an obstructed view to a higher deck before your pics went up. So glad we did as I would not have been a happy bunny.

Thanks so much for the photos - she looks great. :)

 

The 'Retreat' type area looks great and the cabins just what we want.

 

I like the socket near the tv screen with the small shelf by it in the cabin. Good idea.

 

Off to see Oceana before Britannia --- small but beautiful to us ;)
