On Facebook you use your real name and it won't be appropriate to share that here - he could if he wished to. And you have to "friend" him on Facebook to see his posts (depending on his security settings).

 

Also, in the CC Guidelines:

Do not post details or private information about any other person. Do not attempt to impersonate another person, either real or virtual.
