Sunday is going to be a busy day at Port Everglades with seven ships in port!

 

The Signature Class ships of HAL are scheduled to set sail at 17:00/5:00 PM EDT (subject to change as always).

 

There will also be Love Boat theme toots from the the Regal Princess. Other ships departing: Allure Of The Seas, Carnival Conquest, Celebrity Silhouette and Navigator Of The Seas.

Actually weather doesn't look great for the entire cruise but I really don't care. Just want to be on the ship. We'll have a great time rain or shine!!

Wx forecast is pretty bad with 90% chance of rain and 72 degrees at 1600. Winds westerly at 12-14...

Big day for me today. Hopefully my last hospital visit, as my cousin is due to be discharged tomorrow!:) My life has revolved around that noontime interruption for the last couple of months (earlier, just to make sure he ate something, later just out of habit!), now I don't know what I'm going to do with all that spare time - look for more sail aways, I guess..:D

There was a tornado warning around noon, so technically it's a little better.

 

 

I don't know witch is worse - a tornado warning or a major gas leak. We have had a few tornados come down around our area.

We all got the call at 12:30 that a house down the street from us smelled gas. Within a few minutes 8 fire trucks from our 2 volunteer companies, 4 from a neighboring community volunteer company and 9 police cars were all over the place. Fortunately the gas leak was confined to only 1 house and their gas is now shut off. We all waited for the second call to tell us if we had to leave the area. Thankfully that didn't happen.
