I suspect the poster simply asking a question about the subject was more than sufficient to spark life into it becoming a full fledged rumor.

According to the thread that has been running about all the problems RCI is having with the Empress there are even more problems now. Maybe the folks in Miami will be a little too preoccupied to be messing with the C&A program right now. Not to mention all the folks on that thread threatening to never sail with RCI again. Imagine two threads filled with people threatening the same thing.

I hear it was being extended in the DL for D,D+ and P but being reduced in the SL to 2 hours.

I feel for them too. I'm not that cold hearted. Heck, RCI has been on quite a role lately. They screwed things up about as much as they possibly could. You haven't seen me waving any pom poms over on that thread.
