I never thought of taking my Texas flag with me (I'm really from Texas). When I've wanted a wave I've just taken my Seahawks "12" flag. Next time I think I'll take my Lone Star flag.

Yes Sir; retired since 2011. Really nice guy plus officer in the Royal Netherlands Navy reserve. Only one regular HAL captain like that currently; Captain Pieter Jan van Maurik, can fly the RNethNavy reserve flag

Yes Sir; it's referred to as the "Nelson loop" and only Deck/Navigation officers wear it (plus the S/O :D since he belongs to Deck Dept)
