 Also missing from this Sale are the Free Upgrades that were in the previous 3 for Free Sale .

Yes the # for Free sale has ppd gratuities ,on board spending & free upgrades .we booked into a BF  balcony & was upgraded to a BB balcony  . We also  added our share holder OBC & our TA OBC  .Turns out we now have a lot of OBC  for all 3 of our booked cruises .
