Sailing the Royal in 14 days! First time sailing CC minisuite. I was wondering if the same toiletries that are offered in suites, are offered in a  CC Minisuite . Also we are trying to pack light. Does anyone know if it customary for men to wear a dinner jacket on formal night or in the specialty restaurant? We are hoping the Mexican Riveria itinerary leans more casual.

Ok so I’ve spent a lot of my time calling passenger services or Room service trying to get the WINE I ordered online! Seriously? How hard should it be to have the wine you ordered AND PAID FOR delivered as ordered? First the champagne was not here then I had to call to get what’s called my wine vouchers. They did not bring the voucher for my champagne. Sooooo here I am on hold on the phone waiting.., for someone to answer the GD phone! NCL does this Muuuuch better. All wine and pre-ordered beverages were in the room and chilled for us as warranted. BTW I’m still on hold.

So I went to the suite concierge and this guy was AMAZING! Give him a promotion! He fixed everything!!

Is that IRFAN??? He was the ONLY person out of the many I dealt with that actually was able to help! I wrote him two commendations - no one else got one! LoL!

The concierge is there to take care of the small stuff so you don’t have to sweat it.  Now you have time to enjoy your cruise with your mom.

My guess was that you were somewhere on the aft end of the ship backing down the channel.
