J Jim used Wet and Forget on the roof of the attached apartment this morning.  There has been moss on the roof from the many trees surrounding our house.

I put Wet & Forget on my roof once a year, every other year at the most.  Easy to use, just spray it on let the rain wash it off.  It stops the black algae stains from gaining hold.  Roof looks so much better without those black algae stains.

On the back side of the roof, which gets less sun, it also stops moss from growing.

Our deck is on the back side, so this year after pressure washing the deck I also sprayed it with Wet & Forget.

I used Chemical Guys Honeydo Snow Foam with the Tool Daily Foam Cannon. The cannon was cheaper than the soap.

I've seen guys on YouTube use a foam gun.  Was curious about getting one, but I don't own a pressure washer (usually just rent one when needed).  And it seems like overkill for my cars...we don't let them get that dirty...a good auto detergent works fine.

How very exciting, Crystal!  Beautiful setting for your sister's proposal.  Will the Wedding be in France, do you suppose?  Congratulations!!!

Best wishes for your wife's surgery this Friday, Lenny.  Prayers that all goes well.  We will all be thinking of you and your loving wife.

Thank you so very much.

Well, it seems I can do multiple quote, but not singular.  Hmmm...

I'll tell you what, these Spam callers...I don't answer calls from my area code, since that's one the Spammers have been using for a very long time.  Doctor offices here have a different area code.  I'm waiting to hear from a testing location for my covid test before my colonoscopy next week.  Darn if the Spammers are now using that one, also.🤐

We get an automatic notification stating potential spam.

I am so sorry.

When you want something to be done and over with, and this happens.

My prayers.

But

Maybe it is better another day,  Please dont take that in the wrong context, but things happen for a reason.

Take care.

Keep us posted.

I believe that things happen for a reason. My wife had a former co-worker friend who was elderly and ill.She lived alone with a dog.Every Wednesday my wife and I drove to Queens,NY to bring her groceries and at times to take her out for lunch. One day we arrived at her house, rang the doorbell and she did not come to the door. The dog would always bark shen the bell rang.We had no idea where the woman could be .I had a feeling that she was in the house .My wife had a key but was reluctant to open the door.We called her phone number but there was no answer and no barking.I said I want to go in.Just then an elderly man approached the house. He said he was a member of the woman’s church and was concerned about her because she did not answer her phone that morning. He told us that he was a retired Police Officer and would take responsibility. We opened the door and the woman was on the floor at the bottom of a staircase, bleeding and her dog sitting next to her.

We called 911 and when the ambulance arrived the retired police office pointed to me and said that I had saved her life.

Linda and I wanted to get that before our November sailing but never got around to it thinking it would take too long. Now I wish we would of applied.

Based on my experience, it's not too late.  Depending on interview appointment availability near you, you could get conditional approval and an interview within a month...maybe less.  We could have scheduled interviews next week if we were not cruising.  Not sure how long approval takes after the interview though.

We get lots of spam calls on our landline.  Luckily, when home, Jack has the TV on and the screen always lists who the caller is when the landline rings which isn't often.  When it lists potential spam, we know we don't have to rush to pick the phone up.

With the cell, sometimes it's not convenient to get to it before seeing it listed as potential spam.

@sgmngorgeous wedding pictures of a beautiful, happy couple.

Dani, I hope you have these beautiful pictures in frames!  All, except, of course, the one of Claude Monet's gravesite..lol!  The pictures are amazing.  Thank you for sharing!

When we moved into our current residence the previous owner had a Monet on the walls of the upstairs bathroom.I never saw anything like that before.

Speaking of spam, has anyone been sent gross spam text?  The spammer sends a text to about 20 numbers from usually a gmail account.  I haven’t seen any way to block it.  I haven’t received one for a couple weeks now but a couple months ago several people around here were getting them. Maybe AT&T or gmail is getting it under control.

I have received texts from unknown gmail accounts but I never go as far as opening the text, so don't know if it was gross.  I just swipe left and delete without opening.  I don't want to risk opening something that has an unknown link in it.

I remember those!!  My first 'real' job was as a secretary at IBM.  I was one that was escorted by a security guard to a locked room and tested the prototype of what ended up being IBM's first word processor.  Holy moly I'm old! 😱

I remember when I was in HS and kids were getting jobs doing Word Processing.I never thought that automation would replace pen and pencil.

I remember typing my homework reports on  an Underwood manual typewriter.  My first job as secretary was when I was first introduced to an IBM Selectric typewriter.  I thought it couldn't get any more advanced than that!

Sir Paul McCartney recorded "will you still need me will you still feed me, when I'm 64" when he was approx. 24.  He's now 76.  How do you think HE feels?😲

All of my homework was done by pen and or pencil.
