Yikes, that's definitely a lot longer than ours. Ours is 42.5' long x 32' wide so definitely not as large, but it's a rectangular shape so it doesn't get narrow up to the garages. Mike was thinking the estimate was around 9000.00, but he doesn't have the info with him. We also didn't make it by US Block this morning as planned. Not sure what I was thinking. 😂 I still had some last minute things to do. I was really wanting to get it started because we were told it would take about 10 - 12 weeks for the papers to be made and permits to get approved. Not sure if it will be done by the Holidays. 😕

Have a wonderful cruise🤩

My baby sister, 27, is in France with her boyfriend, visiting my middle sister, 31. If you watched my wedding video, you’ll have seen them there.

this just happened 😭 my little heart is exploding. He proposed on the bridge in the Monet lily painting. They’ve been together 2 years and met while both worked at Disney.

Congrats to your sister Crystal!  That's awesome.  Unless your middle sister is already married, I feel bad for any prospective husbands.  They will have a tough act to follow after your baby sister and the way that Nate proposed to you.  The bar is set high.

A short while ago I viewed Capt. Kate giving a You Tube tour of the Iconic suite on Celebrity's Edge.  Over 2.500 sq. feet of luxury.  $52,000 per week. Amazing.

Relaxing waiting for my sister and bro in law to stop by for some munchies and pleasant chat.  Later, we'll probably spend at least 30 minutes trying to pick a place for dinner we all can agree on.....sigh.

Wow, that's bigger than my house.

Number of Carival cruises for me... Zero.

Same for us and we don't have any plans to try them. I would like to try NCL and maybe HAL some day. As Arzeena said it probably depends a lot on the passengers, but we just have no desire to give them a try.

We have  been  on a couple Carnival Ships, Triumph and Miracle, ever since we saw this in the Dining Room on Miracle we promised each other never again.

They had Pepto Bismol Tablets all over the ceiling of the Dining room, made us sick !!

How very exciting, Crystal!  Beautiful setting for your sister's proposal.  Will the Wedding be in France, do you suppose?  Congratulations!!!

Good flights on the way home...no sign or mention of anything related to 9/11 on the flights or at the airport... even though it was 20th anniversary.  Strange...

That could have been a good thing. Some people might have freaked out about it being on a plane.

I don’t *think* they’ll go for a Paris wedding. I actually won’t be surprised if they do something at Disneyworld.

Crystal, I think you hit the nail on the head with regard to Disneyworld more than likely being their "Dream Wedding".  Very exciting!!

Thanks. We are in the cabin now taking a break. Lunch at El Loco for the first time and I wasn't impressed. The 2 drinks I had have made me a little tired for some reason.

Crystal, I hope you don't mind me posting some additional pictures, just to show how the gardens at Monet's house are such a romantic setting for a marriage proposal [we were fortunate to visit, long on DH's bucket list].

The kids decided to gift us a private driver from our Airbnb in Paris to Monet's gardens, door to door 😁

He had tickets ready for us, and we skipped the long lines (that was in 2012). We tipped him extra to visit Monet's grave too.

I think it's passed time that I post some pictures from the test cruise. I was just waiting for your excitement to build up. 😂😂😂  Seriously, I had trouble with my pictures. Not sure what happened, but my albums duplicated and the number of pictures were different in each one. I also hadn't put the Allure pictures into an album either and they were all a mess.

Our cabin that was assigned to us. Standard balcony cabin.

This was boarding day in the afternoon. Lifeguard looked bored.

This was inside the terminal when checking in.

It was an expensive cruise. 🤑

They decorated the Allure just for me.

My breakfast. What you don't see here is the muffin and coffee Mike brought me while I was still in bed, otherwise I definitely eat more than just this.

Arrived at Coco Cay.

It was deserted and we got off the ship around 10:00 so we weren't early.

I opted not to go for global entry at this time because the closest GE office is in Denver and they are booked a year out. We’ll go for it some day..probably when we move.

Not sure if you looked into the Enrollment on Arrival option for Global Entry.  My DH did his appointment this way and it worked out really well.  He got Global Entry two years ago and the wait at that time was a few months but he was able to get it completed in less than a month because his conditional approval came back really quickly, right before he was going on an international business trip.  He was able to stop and get interviewed on his way back into the country.

Might work after one of your planned vacations. 🙂

Wow.  That is cool.  Great spot!  I love the emotions pouring out in the pics.  They look like a happy couple.    Looks like we can look forward to some great wedding pictures.
