"Great Cruise Comeback" coupon... What is it & how do I use it?

We got 2 altogether. I can see that one of them was applied to my account and the other was applied to my friend. So one per account.

I have a total of 3 in my account. My DH & I assume it is one a piece as he has 2 in hiss account & I have 2 in my account for the same cruise. I have another one in my account for a separate cruise with a friend. I haven't checked to see if mine and his have the same reference # but I will. I "chatted" with Kelly last night & she could not explain it to me. I will call today to see what its about..

And of course that is something totally different - just wanted to mention  it as that is the only place in my NCL account where $100 is listed as some kind of "reward"...

So, I called reservations @ 800-327-7030 & the rep applied the 2 $100 reward coupons to our currently scheduled cruise for April 2023. She said it was a "welcome back" reward. It was not connected to a specific Latitudes level (we are Sapphire). If you have the coupon, she said it's easier to call than to do it on line, but I'm not sure why that's so.

Could it be a "welcome back" reward for those who have already cruised "post-covid"? I see in your signature that you have done a Jade cruise this year (2022), we don't have our "post-covid" cruises until end of this month and beginning of next month. Maybe we will receive the $100 coupon each after that? Would be nice to deduct $200 (2x100) from our already booked 2023 cruise.....

I cruised the Breakaway in September and don't have this coupon. I'm hoping they are loading them in waves.

Interesting - if I use the app on my phone this coupon does not show up, I only see it when using a web browser on my Mac.
