"Great Cruise Comeback" coupon... What is it & how do I use it?

We have " coupons" for $100 but there is NO explanation of what it is or how we use it. Any insight? They popped up today. I have 2 cruises reserved & both have "coupons". My "chatting" was of no help. TIA

I have that listed too.  I assume when you get to payment for booking this will be an option to add.  Similar to cruise next certs.

I did find out that it can't be applied to CAS bookings.

DD has one on her account but I don't on mine.  😡 

 

Hers must be applied by Sept 12 and she has a final payment due on Sept 26, so we'll try it out then.  Maybe I'll have one tomorrow?

Are you sure you have two coupons?  Or, is it just one coupon that is available to apply to any booking?

Log in to your NCL account then go to the "View Account" section.  Same place you'd see FCC or CruiseNext.

I applied one to our March 23 cruise, and used the other for booking a new Hawaii cruise in November 23. Figured why not spread it out?  🙃

So some folks do get two?  Hmmm..  DD has had the exact same cruise history as us since 2019.  Same bookings.  Same sailings.  Same cabin classes.  Same cancellations.  Etc.  She got one and we got zero.  That's NCL for ya'! 🤣

We got 2 altogether. I can see that one of them was applied to my account and the other was applied to my friend. So one per account.

I have a total of 3 in my account. My DH & I assume it is one a piece as he has 2 in hiss account & I have 2 in my account for the same cruise. I have another one in my account for a separate cruise with a friend. I haven't checked to see if mine and his have the same reference # but I will. I "chatted" with Kelly last night & she could not explain it to me. I will call today to see what its about..

I just checked & they have different #s so we are assuming we have one each to be applied.

And of course that is something totally different - just wanted to mention  it as that is the only place in my NCL account where $100 is listed as some kind of "reward"...

So, I called reservations @ 800-327-7030 & the rep applied the 2 $100 reward coupons to our currently scheduled cruise for April 2023. She said it was a "welcome back" reward. It was not connected to a specific Latitudes level (we are Sapphire). If you have the coupon, she said it's easier to call than to do it on line, but I'm not sure why that's so.

I see in your signature that you have done a Jade cruise this year (2022), we don't have our "post-covid" cruises until end of this month and beginning of next month. Maybe we will receive the $100 coupon each after that? Would be nice to deduct $200 (2x100) from our already booked 2023 cruise.....

I cruised the Breakaway in September and don't have this coupon. I'm hoping they are loading them in waves.

Interesting - if I use the app on my phone this coupon does not show up, I only see it when using a web browser on my Mac.

I've sailed twice post-Covid and don't have the coupon.  DD sailed the same two cruises with us (separate reservations) and she has one coupon.
