No worries...I wasn't expecting the answer anyway. The entire point was to show that you want things to be open-ended and undefined so that you can always change the conditions to fit your argument...thus the continual inability to define your own terms.

@DCGuy64 I am going to answer the questions on my other op-ed instead of here.  The one that is my Journey to the Casino's at Sea Slot Tournament finals for my wife. That way this stream can be answered and done.  I am logging off this topic.  The bricks they are a flying.

Honestly, it doesn't surprise me that NCL is all over the place with their policies and procedures. For instance, fans are not indicated as a prohibited item on their website. Yet, mine was confiscated at boarding and no reason given, just a receipt and told I could pick it up at "security" on day one.

 

Wife goes to guest services and the lady working states that yes, they are banned and stated "sorry, it's not really clear". Okay, whatever.

 

On the last day we get a letter to pick up our fan. I head to guest services and again ask why it was confiscated since they are not indicated to be prohibited. The gs rep indicates to me that on day 1, I should have asked GS or security to see if it works with their power plugs. Um, okay.....??? I didn't want to go on and on so I just took my fan and left.

To clear this up...

 

I spoke with the bar manager on the Encore. What the new corporate policy is is that the will not offer or push shots...iow, you won't see people walking around with trays of shots for sale. However, you can still order them at any bar.

I hope that’s the case on all the other ships. Waiting to hear from Gary on the Breakaway.

Hello Everyone:  It seems that it is TRUE.  Shooter Drinks due to price Increase are an up charge for the Premium Beverage Package.  Not much but an upcharge.  The Premium Plus Package there is no Upcharge.  

 

The crew hates this change but I think it is NCL trying to make a bigger profit to make up for loses. Hope this helps everyone.

Hey Gary. I understand why shooters with premium liquor would be an extra cost but what about the other mixed shots like mini beers etc. Are they also not included in the standard package?

when was the last time anyone saw them "walking around with trays of shots for sale"?  For me it was a Carnival cruise in 2017 and it was after dinner in an MDR.
