They are probably loading all the information and fares for it to be released on Aug 2 and 3.

 

It’s not open to book yet.

I had bookmarked the cruise. Clicking on it, it says to come back later.  A different screen than when a sailing was cancelled. My concern in booking is that the Grand will no longer be in service by Summer '25.

The entire 2025 Alaska schedule has been “masked” and is not viewable until it opens for booking for Elites on Wednesday. This is so the inventory team can load fares. This is normal for Princess.

Well, it's there now, but what is not normal for Princess is the Pricing.

Shows as $2859 inside. That's $179/day. Way above Princess' usual pricing. Add packages, or tips and drinks, no thanks.  We had booked this cruise in '20 on the old Sun, but the ship got sold.

I've read elsewhere that some have already booked this. Happy Cruising!

Ah, thanks! My bad. I'll correct myself. My signed in Elite Standard pricing is $1899 inside. ($119/day) But even an obstructed view jumps right back up there to over $2700. ($54/pp jump from inside.)

I agree. I can book a 10 day Alaska cruise out of Seattle in 2025 with the exact same Alaska itinerary (minus all the sea days) on the NCL Joy in the Haven for $6000 less than a PH suite on this cruise.

For a Reserve Class Mini on this cruise standard rate it’s $650 per day for 2 guests. The Majestic 51 day South America cruise same category of cabin is $400 per day, and it’s a much newer ship.

Not surprising to me that prices are higher for this popular onetime itinerary…supply & demand.

While I generally like seadays, having 8 out of 16 days isn’t desirable for me.
