Carnival Website Randomly Opens While Scrolling Through Cruise Critic

Recommended Posts

When I'm on CC on my laptop and scrolling down to view posts, the Carnival website randomly opens in a new tab. I can't figure out what the heck I've done to make this happen?? I'm literally just scrolling the mouse wheel in CC and then bam I'm on the Carnival site. I take it as a sign to check and see if my favorite cabin on Mardi Gras for our 9/21 cruise has opened up, but so far nada! 🤷‍♀️

most likely you are accidentally clicking on one of many ads on the site

It happens to me all the time as well, and I can assure you I am not clicking on anything.

Does not happen to me. My assumption is like others, there's a bad ad on the site. Upon the recommendation of the FBI, I run an ad blocker on all my computers and browsers. You should too.

The first time it happened that's also what I thought. The next time and every time after that, I know I definitely didn't.

Its a sign from the universe....book another cruise!

I took the bait and booked another Mardi Gras cruise for next year! However the Carnival site just opened up again a few minutes ago and I'm not planning to book another one just yet. LOL
