Noordam Back!

The ms Noordam is back in NYC after her maiden voyage. We've had a few days of "radio silence" from our CC friends onboard ... most likely because the ship's satellite internet connection was down. Hopefully we'll start hearing from them soon.

Indeed ... thanks for the welcome home!

And ... yes ... the Noordam will NEVER be the same now that the Inaugural Cruise CCers are off. :D

I'll write the review tomorrow. I just won't be able to contain myself. Watch for it over on the "Report from the ship" thread. :)

GroverKids home safely, (my parents) but my MOM was really not wild about those 42 ft waves!!!! They have over 100 days on HAL and never expirenced waves that big before! They think because the Noordam was a much bigger ship, it faired well also!

Glad everyone is arriving home safely! :)

Oh my gosh, we sail on The Noordam in 3 weeks. Did you leave it the way you found it? Is it still in one piece? Is it safe to go aboard? :D :D :D

Thanks for all your input.

After the 50 - 60 foot waves I experienced on the Rotterdam V, this was nothing at all. Very pleasant. Makes you feel like you were really on a ship. :p

It also kept the amatures in their cabins. :D
