  1. If not checked, is it really required? I for one would not risk not testing while the requirement is still in place. My luck, I would be the one they ask for it. Better if the US would just dust drop the requirement.

  3. Unfortunately, the haphazard role out of changes and ship to ship differences is all too common these days. It is understandable to believe that they may not follow what they have posted on their website.
  4. As stated, it is far from a scientific study, however when the highest percentage of respondents wore masks regularly and still test tested positive, it makes you wonder about mask efficacy. It could also be that those that wear masks more are more concerned, therefore more likely to test themselves. Interesting anyway.

You mean like they have with the app πŸ€ͺ I'm sure there are plenty special rules to follow with gambling accounts that I am unaware of, but it also appears that the connection between casino and stateroom accounts is a one-way-street. No problem charging to your casino account from your stateroom account, but you can't credit winnings or more often, leftovers back as far as I know? So why couldn't they just let you do that on the medallion app, or stateroom TV, or at GS, or automatically by default at the end of the cruise?
  7. One would think that even if the casino is closed to gambling on the last night of a cruise, they could have a cashier available there to close accounts? Would save both the passengers and Princess the hassle of mailed paper checks.
  8. On Princess website page for the voyage, click on the Onboard Services tab on the top of the screen, then scroll down. It should list the individual portions of the plus package.

  10. It is for September. For this little amount, I will risk the possibility of maybe 10 min in the Γ©lite line at guest services, over sometimes hours on Princess phone hold time latelyπŸ€ͺ. It will work out one way or the other.
  11. I had the same thing. Paid the full price. On our last cruise the discount came back as OBC once onboard. I expect it will be the same this time but will be taking documentation with me just in case. Not worth going through the hassle that is calling Princess these days IMO.
  12. Thanks for that info, just purchased yesterday for a Sept. cruise and didn't see the discount. Not sure why they would wait until just before your cruise for this for those already platinum or elite. Not like we are going backwards in that time? Hopefully it will show up as OBC once onboard like it did on our last cruise.

  14. I have to remember to restart my Android phone once in a while. That seems to help with some apps, including MedallionClass.
  15. Great upgrade Princess πŸ€ͺ. Lost most of what little I had, and now it won't even stay open. Next time maybe a downgrade would work better.

  17. Update: Talked with my TA. This problem is with me πŸ˜‰. She is just doing a temporary booking to make sure all goes right with the cost and perks before cancelling the previous one and hopefully getting our original cabin back. In all the cruises we have done this is my first temporary or hold booking . I didn't realize it would show up on the personalizer and panicked, for nothing. My Bad . I guess I have trust issues. I will let the pro do her job now.
  18. All she did was forward the email I sent her, to the casino department after the re-fare. I am amazed that their system would even allow them to generate a new booking number without a downpayment. Believe me, the first thing I did was check my FCD's and credit card account.
  19. Princess continues to amaze me lately. I re-fared a booking with my TA and added a casino credit to it. Simple enough right? I now have two bookings listed on my personalizer for the same cruise with different cabin numbers and booking numbers. The old one has everything we have added to it and the new one only has the casino credit listed. Possibly because it was for "new bookings" but I thought the re-fare could count. I notified the TA and we will see, but maybe I could have kept quiet and ended up with his and hers cabins 😁 They are next to each other. Anybody experience this before?
  20. Got this email today. Apparently the pre-cruise time limit is being enforced again. Many do not use the form and would not know. Others may not get the magnifying glass out for the small print.   21. Just off the Enchanted last month. We had the plus package. A diet coke ordered at the Princess live bar was usually a mix of can and fountain, poured in a glass, while the pool deck bars were all fountain.
  22. If some of you could just back off on the perfume a bit, I wouldn't be sneezing nearly as much. 🀧
