A few bargains on there, including an Empress Cuba sailing, the 16 night Vision PC and oddball pricing on the Serenade repo.

Just filling up last of cabins on Serenade. The interior ones on sale last week now sold out. This week only cabins left OV, a bunch... A good cruise, done/doing it 7 times...

First, thanks for sharing this information. I love these boards as they are very helpful.

Now, I'm a bit confused. Does everyone receive this information in their email? I know I have selected to receive promotional emails from RCCL and currently receive many other emails, but I never see these types of emails. I'm currently Diamond about to hit Diamond plus. Is the distribution limited to Diamond plus or travel agents or something else?

No, this info is not emailed. You have to check this link weekly, usually Thursday afternoon:

I've never had any luck finding a cruise I wanted to take on the Going Going Gone sales until this week. I called right away for a balcony cabin on the Anthem 5 night Bermuda on 9/29 to b2b with 10/4 which I already had booked. So I called Royal right away and was told there were none. I called the next day also and was supposedly put on a wait list and I also called some TA"s and nothing. How amazing that the very next day, after the sale was over, balcony cabins were available again for much more $$. Wait list, what wait list!

True, things that get published in the flier don't always materialize on sale day - it's good to check on the weekend before the sale starts, they sometime make it available then.

The prices used to be so much better in the old days of Tuesday specials especially for solos. Often 125%. Now always 200%.

Because ships sail full 105%+ capacity, consistently . Years ago you might be on a ship leaving port that had 10%+ cabins empty. Now with few cabins left before sailing they's prefer and get double occupancy, or have you pay double. Otherwise it's lost revenue...

Both the eastbound and westbound Vision Panama Canal sailings are on the flier for next week.

Wow... very inexpensive. Harmony, Serenade, Jewel TA look really great as well.

I hope all those cruisers who are adamant that first day pricing is always the cheapest aren't too upset when they see their cabins offered at less than half what they paid.

They were also comping cabins on both legs to some Casino Royale players. I could have done both legs in JS and received 90 pts.

I’d likely come back broke.

This might need a separate thread but i'm interested to know what requirements are necessary to be a Casino player the that would receive this kind of offer

A couple of years of listening to posts as to why Royal doesn’t do Panama Canal cruises, that they would be such great sellers.......

Rates for TA’s are significantly cheaper than the GGG prices.

Lots of threads open. Search for Casino Royale or Tier System.

If your willing to play and lose about $3000-5000 on a 7 day cruise, you might qualify for Prime level. Higher levels are more. This is for table games. Slots are different. Every $5 spent on slots is 1 PT. Takes generally a 1000 pts per cruise to qualify for Prime level.
