Well, we just got waitlisted for a 26 day transatlantic on Cunard. We've never done a waitlist before so we can't decide whether to get excited about this trip or not...

 

So we may be cruising in August instead of September depending on how the waitlist goes.

 

Anybody know how long it takes to clear the waitlist?

For those of you who are traveling sooner rather than later, I just posted about packing for a 7 day trip. We came home with a huge suitcase of clean clothes, so I'm sharing the list of what we actually used and therefore should have packed. Check it out at TWO OLD FARTS ON A PARTY SHIP

 

I'll be using this info to pack for our 7 day on HAL Eurodam to Alaska this September (232 days till we sail!) but I'll have to make a few adjustments for the colder temps.
